Unfortunately Afghans always whine against pakistan. I think they should concentrate on their problems and strengthen themselves. Pakistanis should also not interfere in Afghanistan matters.

In conclusion, Afghanistan won't be partitioning by any means wheter you like it or not. These parts were part of Afghanistan historically and will remain part of it, I think this thread should be closed because of the amount of nationalism in it.

No such changes will happen. Pashtuns in both Afghanistan and Pakistan should try for a more eminent presence of their language Pashto and culture Pashtunwali must have a presence and at the same time giving their due rights to minorities in Afghanistan and have good working relationship with majority in Pakistan.

Living in the present political boundaries Pashtuns must have an active nationalism otherwise their culture and language will die soon because of the multifaceted cultural invasions of persianization, Urdu dominance and Wahabism.

Pashtuns in Pakistan who are more than 30 million must have their own identity and their language an official status in the districts they dominate. Pashto should have more presence in media, offices and business in Afghanistan.

Infact, i am not surprised that hindokwans want their freedom from you punjabi slaves, forcing Pashto on non Pashtuns like a true nationalist.

Oh and why should we give Ghor to a bunch of Turks? In-case you are unaware, Ghor is considered the original homeland of All Pashtuns. We have enough ethnic tensions in Afghanistan as it is, we don't need a paki like you causing more problems. If i were you my friend, i would worry about getting freedom from the ISI Punjabis and stop being their ghulams instead of worrying about Afghanistan.
Einstein, read my post again.. Ghowr stays with Afghanistan. And no we don’t want Hindokowans to be part of KPK, since they do not speak pashto. Also remember that if you want to survive in the long run, you have to keep people with you who wants to be with you, so that you can impose your policies. By having so many other peoples under your land, only makes you a minority. Why not lose the dead weight and stay lean/mean. Losing the few provinces mentioned in the map will only make the pashtun policy makers stronger. We can make Afghani as the official language of the resultant country and re-invent ourselves.
Now tell me what percentage of Afghanistan is Pashtun (In your opinion?). Haven’t all the ethnic groups ganged up against pashtuns? Haven’t Tajiks (Primarily) spearheaded that campaign? do you expect them to stop the betrayal, which is apparently in their blood? As far as punjabies are concerned, they aren’t smart, they do not have any love for their own culture, they do not speak punjabi even among themselves anymore (if they have to act sophisticated. We pashtuns (even though i am from punjab) have retained our language for generations, while it takes them 20 years to lose theirs..
Finally, my proposing the said map wouldn’t actually create a new country, it was for discussion sake only, so please don’t get your panty in a bunch.

As far as smarty (Smart A**) is concerned, he is a typical Pakistani who believes that the map and language of Pakistan was somehow decree of Allah, and speaking out against that is a great sin. I wouldn’t be surprised if he is actually a Punjabis or something else.
What really drives me hazy is it me or are the others crazy

Yes pashtuns may have started from Ghowr, but we are a very small minority in that province now. However, since Tajiks are an even smaller minority in Ghowr, so it stays with Afghnaistan. What Tajiks have been doing is to name other ethnic groups such as Amaqs as tajiks to inflate thier numbers, case in point Ghowr and Herat Province. Tajiks are primarily based in North eastern afgahnistan, where they are the indegenous group. As far as Nationalists from KPK, following are the list of districts that were not pashtuns but are primarily pashtun now. Kohat, Lakki Marwat, Swat, Dir, Buner, Battagram, Torghar, even Mansehra Tehsil and ghaiz Tehsil in Mansehra Division and Isa Khel in Minawali and Chach in Attock. So its not about where people started from (If we go with the argurmnet on GHowr province than Israelies are rightful owners of Tranjordan region), but where people are at the moment.

Why should the thread be closed? is it to mentally challenging for you? or you are so narrow minded that you cannot handles other peoples opinion? We should always be able to consolidate our strengths and get rid of dead weight. Look, if you lost a few of the provinces mentioned in the map, you would not face much resistance when it comes to initiating policies on national language, foreign policy and development. You break Tajik resistance, and reduce foreign intervention in your internal affairs.
I don’t agree with for example Pashtun claiming Mianwali or Attock as part of KPK because that would only lead to dilution of Pashtuns in resultant province and it would be harder to make decisions. Yes I support hindkowan province, as long as it constitute of Hindkowans only. Why would you want to keep people that do not want to be with you? You can not trust them? and they only becomes an interference.

Stop saying that ethnic nationalism is a wrong thing. If it was, God would not have created it, plus everyone else is doing. You don’t want to be nailed to the cross believing that racism doesn’t exist, while others are screwing you because of what you are.

Look at pashtun history most of their leaders actually came from outside traditional pashtun lands.

Plus, offcourse, Afghans would be more comfortable with ethnicities in Afghanistan , while pakistani pashtuns will be comfortable with ethnicities in pakistan, that is just natural.

                              · Afghanistan’s Pashtun must realize that they do not hold the power that they held in the past.
                              · With separation of eastern pukhtunkhwa and subsequent to other wars their number has shrunk and, therefore, they do not have that massive number advantage.
                              · Afghanistan’s pashtun believe that they are the lord of the country, but demographically Tajik and other minority have much more representation in Government than them.
                              · Provinces such as Badghais, Herat, Kunduz, Wardak, Ghazni, etc which we know are Predominantly pashtun provinces are being represented by other ethnic minorities.

The idea is to consolidate your areas, which have traditional Pashtun majority and start anew. The resultant country can have more than 85% Pashtun Majority and Pashto as an official language.

Please don’t hate me, when I am speaking my mind out and do not be emotional but be rational. Stronger Pashtun Afghanistan means stronger Pashtuns in Pakistan and vice versa.
