and u need to respect every culture as stated in islam that dont make fun of anybody elses religion or else they will make fun of ur religion.
truth is u just want ur point of view to be accepted not anybody elses as u think that u r superior to other people whether they are black, asians, indians, etc.
sorry i cant accept your lies and wikipedia knowledge.
Afghanistan exists for longer and i know you are a troll.

Now i know that afghan pashtuns use afghan terms or most precisely ethnic afghan term for pashtuns and when pak pashtuns dont accept this term u call them Urdu ghulam but when pak pashtuns reply that u afghan pashtuns urselves are heavly influenced by persian, alot of of afghans deny it .
Now if i come to the real point the word afghan itself is a persian word and persians use to say it to anything related to pashtuns in the past(just befroe tajiks hazara and uzbek became afghans too).. pashtuns in afghanistan have even given a name(afghanistan) to their country on basis of persian language. Now i just wanted to ask so when indians use to call pashtuns pathans why u guys hate the word pathan but not hate the word afghan which is given by persians..
secondly dont u think that afghan pashtuns have been heavily influenced by farsi culture? and afghan pashtuns should not say things like urdu ghulam to pakistan pashtuns and not hate the word pathan too..

Before anybody answers its my humble rrequest that its just a question that came in my mind i dont mean to offend anybody
      Thankyou
This is the biggest BS I have ever read Kabulzada. Since it is coming from you, its not a surprise. Afghan is not farsi dumbass. your showing your desperation and low self esteem because farsiwan in Afghanistan have taken the "afghan" identity and you want to figure out a desperate way to claim afghan as a farsi word. hahaha

There are many Persian, indic, western, Chinese historical references and sources that have mentioned afghans living west of the indus, and these sources claim that its the people themselves calling themselves afghan.

Also afghans are not influenced by farsi culture, your language is heavily influenced by Arabic in Iran and heavily influenced by Russian in Tajikistan. Its the Afghans that protected your language and you should be grateful because Farsi's last stand is in Afghanistan.

Plus patan is taken from patan kot which is were the afghans were camped before the invasion of india commenced.

This is actually a myth Tor Khana. Farsi is not as developed as they make it out. It was at one point in history but not any more. Pashto is actually a much richer language than Farsi is. Farsi has been heavily influenced by Arabic, After the Arabs went to Persia and the golden age of Islam commenced, the Persian language slowly died out. All Scholarly work like research and development and most literature was done in Arabic. Farsiwanan in Afghanistan and Iran cant even say thank you without using Arabic or good night without using Arabic. 50% of farsi is actually Arabic and the common words that Pashto use with farsi is all Arabic. The irony is that when farsiwana hears a Pashtun use a word that he(farsiwanan) use, he thinks ist Farsi but in reality its Arabic.

Also Farsi and Arabic has almost equal influence on Urdu.

In the 3rd century, the Sassanids mention a tribe called Abgân,[4] which is attested in its Arabic form (Afġān) in the 10th century Ḥudūd al-ʿĀlam.[5] It probably derives from a Sanskritic tribal name, Aśvaka, used in reference to the Kambojas in antiquity
Sassanids were persians.. mentioning all information should be the first priority mate.

This is about mixing other languages with Pashto.

Farsiwans do have greetings in their own language. But it is ascribed to zoroastrian faith.

I am talking about Pathans of Pashtunkhwa. Even the leaders of ANP can't count in Pashto.
