Its not an excuse, its fact. Its almost impossible for afghans not to integrate or assimilate into their host societies. They may hold it off for a generation or two but eventually "the rhythm is going to get them." Your trying to keep it pure afghan in west is fantasy.

You are correct that the girl who is raised in a society that encourages independence and whose parents know nothing about such ideas is going to rebel against her parents ways, its natural.
