Now he's back tracking and saying Paktiawals are Hizbe Islami who can be paid off. The constant changing of stories is good because when collected and shown side to side a very powerful and damaging case can be made.

Khostai is from Khost,we know them and their tribes....
He has no knowledge of Paktya province,he accused his fellow tribes of being indians and such claims.

    He has some supriority problems.

Khostai is a guy who quickly resorts to name calling and cheap insults. He is known for this. He was even banned because of this on a different forum.

I have found secularists very bad mouthed. They don't care whatever comes in their mind and on their tongue, they just throw it.

Your fake claim is exposed when you forget Khost used to be considered part of Paktia and that the tribal confederations in Paktia are intimiately connected to Khost

If you were a real Paktiawal you'd have known that.

dona beymaghzai ye ..der gadawada khabari key

Paktia is basically Pashtia (پښتیا). Some Pashtun scholars are claiming that the word Pashtu has been stemmed from Pashtia (پښتو = پښتیا). Paktia used to be a unified province with Khost and Paktika, these three provinces are now referred to as Loya Paktia, meaning "Greater Paktia".

Khost only became independent in 2001.

Paktia and Paktika seperated in the 1970s.

Paktika is also a part of Zabulistan with Ghazni and Zabul, as well as Loya Paktia.

We are more close to Paktika than Khost, because most tribes are seperated or located around Paktya and Paktika,as for the Zadrans half of the Zadrans are in Paktika and half or majority in Paktya.
