Yes you can, in fact this is part of Sunnah; when Nabi(saw) went to Yathrib; he originally made a unilateral agreement with the Yahud, but he eventually took over and implemented Shari'ah.

More jibberish from a guy who does know anything about usool.
Do you even know what Usul means? Usul means "sources", you just made some blanket statement with ZERO daleel. Everything you know about masa2il and 2usul, was established by Mu'tazilah

I dont care about his history. All I know is that you just told a lie when you said he was a Salafist.
You just contradicted yourself; because how do you know someone is lying if you don't look into their history.

You are the one who believes you descent from apes.
you're the one who acts like one.

The regime is indeed weakened by the day as you say, and economic sanctions are biting in. The Iranian currency has lost its value by over 100% and the inflation is hovering at around 40-45%. The foreign reserves are dwindling and the Iranian economy and the entire non-oil section is under great stress and the economy over all is losing its competitiveness exceedingly.

At the political scene there are paradoxes which further weakens the regime and cracks the dividing lines. On the one hand while the there is increasing inflation, the economic downturn and the rest, the regime recoursing to policies such as the cash distribution scheme which is expensive and not sustainable just do the regime can keep its populace base among the rural population. What really further alienates the categories mentioned above is that the Iranian appratus both the mullahs and the military (national guards and al-quds brigade) are operating as an economic mafia now and is bend on having every big and small contract for its associated companies.

U.S. hedge its hopes on a regime change and for that to happen its needs stringently persistent sanctions for which the regime has so far not worked out any plan to deal with and also to encourage opposition in the next election. That is if its not put down brutally - a uniform reformist opposition could well oust the present regime.

My two cent on the issue.
I doubt the Iranian mullahs can be taken out from the inside. Thats just wishful thinking just like they tried to take out Saddam from the inside. Iran is more democratic than the other middle eastern states, so a system is in place for opposition to express themselves.

Mutazili is just another schism within the many sects of Islam. Just like the other sects of Islam, it is wrong and goes against God's words. Or is that all just Allegorical, and/or beguilement verses from the Quran?

                            the correct one

Yaw farq pa Islam ki? LOL. Just like you invented your own new brand of Mu'tazillah you are now inventing your own Pashto grammar?

No such word as "firqa"; in Arabic or in Pashto.

Fake Pashtun, I think you are trying to see "firqey".
feminine words of Pashto origins are pluralized with "ey" such as Pashtaney or Khezey ; Farq is an Arabic word, and such words are always pluralized with "oona"

                            other examples

                            matlaboona
                            maqsoodoona

                            WHAT?

Da Khudai lafz? It is da Allah or da Khudai Kalam. Not lafz, mister fake pashtun.

Kalam in the Pashto usage means "Theology", in Arabic it means "speech" , Lafz means word, in Pashto and Arabic.

                            "ta na manee"???? LOOOOOOOOOL

As usual you have no actual response

Says the guy who pluralizes Arabic loan words using Pashto grammar, which is wrong to do in Pashto.
