let me take this point by point

    1. i dont think i am giving orders to the afghans, i am saying that the indo-afghan relationship should not develop to a point where it harms pakistan and others muslims, this is my opinion, do you not agree? i

    2. pakistan has never sent suicide bombers to my knowledge, i dont know who is but neither afghanistan or pakistan have had involvement with suicide bombing before us invasions, this is a new phenomenah

    3. pakistani help is one of the major reasons why you are not speaking russian right now my friend.

1.i am not saying there is no taliban-isi connection, what i am saying is that the isi are not specifically out there to murder and kill as many afghans as there are.

i am also saying that there is no proof of any of the things the isi have been accused of, in this sense the ISI have been scape goated, in fact maybe you guys are letting your own prejudices cloud your judgement

2.taliban is good for nobody, pakistan/afghanistan have allowed taliban in their countries and must learn lessons from this, we have much to do in common, not against each other

Afghanistan's relations will be based on how it sees fit, no one can dictate to them. It is weird that this is the logic that is used. India and Pakistan have their weird relationship and identity crisis and they are using Pashtunkhwa and Afghanistan are used as the battlefields. I am sorry but until you provide something cogent, you all are holding onto strings here.

i am not saying the isi and pak army are ideal, we are all in a difficult position that has been thrusted upon us by outside forces, we would all do well to remember this.

however, i find the mythology and hype created around the ISI amusing and disturbing at the same time

detach your emotions and think that are the ISI really capable of half the stuff you think they are accused of.

that pakistan, a 3rd world nation which is being damaged every day is more powerful than india and nato.
If you do find it disturbing, then please turn to COl imam,General Aslam Baigh and Hamid gul as references, then you will get a good ol reality kick.

Usual defending ISI, go google turkistan bhittani, qari zainudeen, commander baz mohammad, Abdullah group, go google mullah nazeer and nek mohammad wazir.

As if your ISI have no role within these organisations eh!

What dificult position? ISI has a record of making probably the worlds most terrorist groups in the whole world, more than cia put together, and you expect us all to beleive that ISI has no more role within the Taliban eh?

          Kind Regards

i can happily admit that the pak authorities have made blunders, mistakes and huge misjudgments, its unfortunate and sad

but to think that pakistan are intrinsically against the afghan people is ludicrous, the pak army have obvious deep ties with the taliban, but these taliban types are not hippie type left wing liberals - in that sense they have to speak in the language of the people they deal with, this is a practical measure

since 2001 this region has become muddy and a mess, i think nobody can see with too much confidence what is going on

NO state is intrinsically against the other, it is an issue of interests. This is the case of any state, your point is?

this forum is full of suggestions that the only thing pak forces want to do in afghanistan is cause trouble, i cant help but think thats a bit ridiculous, sure some bad things have happened, but alot of what i am hearing is baffling to me

i think people are struggling to formulate a reasonable perspective of a volatile area and situation

Well if it is, we are providing proof to back it up, and majority here are from Pashtunkhwa, so the info is relevant. Saying something sounds ridiculous is not a defense or counter in it of itself.

but it sounds like there are people here who are willing to exchange these $$$ thrown by india to harm pakistan and other muslims in pakistan - if an afghan cannot draw FIRMLY draw the line at at this point then what are we to say they are but hindu tools?
                    Same views here.

Afghans should take advantage of India's interest of developlment in their country and they will be naturally thankful to them. But this india-afghanistan friendship is not that much innocent. It is evident to every person with brain that India is establishing itself in Afghanistan to use its soil against its enemy country Pakistan. Afghans are generally Pro-India so they usually do not bother that their soil is used against pakistan but for Pakistani Pashtuns it is totally unacceptable as right now their areas are victems of bomb blasts, planned in Kabul most probably by india.

Balochs are taking advanatge of india's help from across durand but Pashtuns are not in the mood to start any insurgancy.

Pakistan has every right to have a concern about situation in Afghanistan. Afghanistan is free to have every kind of relationships with India as long as it has no ill intentions for Pakistan.....But it seems Afghans are serving as good tool for India against its neighbour country. (Dont be angry , history proves that we can be used)

By the same logic India being the regional power have the right to install a pro India government in Pakistan if it can't altogether capture it since Pakistan being an unnatural state has lost the very viability of its existance and has turned into Frankenstein for its neighbours, for the region and even for its own Western masters.

Unlike india, Pakistan is neighbour to Afghanistan....so situation in Afghanistan directly influences Pakistan, ofcourse i am against the meddling of Pakistan in Afghan internal affairs.

So you mean that Iran, after the Sestan suicide bombing, had the right and was justified when it launched operation against Jandullah in Balochistan and captured several activists of Jandullah from within Pakistan?

In reply to Pakistani involvement in Kashmir insurgency, india is using Afghanistan's soil to create insurgencies in Pakistan. It is evident to every one that Baloch rebels are assisted by india and chances are high that india is also involved in Terrorist activities in Pakhtunkhwa.
India contribution in development of Afghanistan is highly appreciated but the motives behind these helps are not innocent, india is using soils of Afghans for covert operations.

Trust me. None of these is done keeping Pakistan in mind. Our military planners have long ago moved away from Pakistan as a centerstage of future planning. Please do no give yourself undue importance.

Do you seriously belive any nation needs PAK-FA, F-35, AGNI 5, SURYA ICBM, nuclear subs, nuclear aircraft carriers, anti-sat weapons, lasers to deal with Pakistan?
Pakistan is no more a threat buddy. It is just an irritant.

Just wait for 12 to 15 months, and every word of my post will be clear to you.

I request Pakistani members to understand reality. Look around you with open eyes and clear mind and picture will be clearer to you and also Indians and afghan people share a lot of things in common.don't worry about our strong relations.a stable Afghanistan is good for afghan people and all south Asian countries.

I agree. India has bigger fish to fry than Pakistan. It's aspiring to be a regional power and it's well on the path to eventually becoming a great power. However, to completely discount India's aims against Pakistan (as well as Pakistan's versus India) would be too naive.
