Why India is interested in Afghanistan?

I meant to say that to SOM who is putting the blame on Afghanistanis. But it's Pakistanis who are unhappy more.

Peera I am aware that India may have some strategic play, however as of now they play a more positive role in Afghanistan than Pakistan. Ideally both should have been positive role players but it has been clear (at least to me) that Pakistan's policy to lar au bar pashtuns/afghans is very detrimental. So I would say for now India is a more positive player than Pakistan.

India wants a stable Afghanstan so Afghanistan can more powerful then Pakistan and then claim back its land (Paktunkhwa, FATA) from them which will weaken Pakistan.

Loll it also helped blow up schools and infrastructure. India on a whole has been investing in infrastructure, and does not arm any groups in destroying the infrastructure of the country. That is the key difference. Lolzz you keep saying we pakistanis when that same state hasn't shown that love in Pashtunkhwa.

Isn't that exactly the reason why you are friends with China?

India contribution in development of Afghanistan is highly appreciated but the motives behind these helps are not innocent, india is using soils of Afghans for covert operations.

And now the question is, do you have any solid source claiming that India is meddling with Pakistan through Afghanistan? And with 'solid' I don't mean Pakistani (a.k.a. anti-Indian) sources.

the response form some to this will be that the indians are building hospitals/schools etc etc

which really is a good thing, afghans SHOULD take advantage of this

i am not saying the isi and pak army are ideal, we are all in a difficult position that has been thrusted upon us by outside forces, we would all do well to remember this.

however, i find the mythology and hype created around the ISI amusing and disturbing at the same time


detach your emotions and think that are the ISI really capable of half the stuff you think they are accused of.
