Nations and states need histories to convince members/citizens of their eternal existence (no matter how much false and delusional). And this is the psychological and emotional need of the individual as well who when faced with the question, "who am I?" likes to have an answer that would give him transcendental feelings and sense of continuity (in space time). So this life span of 60 years answer is just something aimed at self-satisfaction.
I will not say a reply to the rest of what you have said. The more I interact with Pakistanis (east of Indus), the more I find them shallow and somewhat dishonest (like a drop of water). No noble person would rob other people of their heritage and history. One should be brave enough to build/acquire it one's self instead of stealing it from others. Thats it.

Wow. I never knew you were 5000 years old. I never knew anyone could grow that old. But that obviously means you can't be loyal to a baby 60 year old nation.
