You really don't understand that when we leave Afghanistan...we have effectively either broken or derailed Al-Qaeda and/or the Taliban. Until that happens I'm sure it wont happen. And whatever the Taliban does, it receives back 3-fold.

Afghanistan is not safe for foreigners. The foreign presence is the barrier to peace an security for all Afghans.

It is safe actually and we will dismantle either Al-Qaeda, Haqqani, Taliban or a combination thereof.
