Osama Bin Laden doesn't "hate" us I don't think. Towards the end of his life he had a huge PR campaign to "freshen" his image. He was angry over our imperialism and "nice things." I still remember that video from like 2002 or 2003.
Wrong Matt. He was, in his belief, fighting a defensive jihaad. Stationing American troops in the Saudi Peninsula was a stupid mistake by Jimmy Baker and his crew.

Wrong also about Gerinomo. They called him that because they, the intelligence folks, understood him better than you do. That is why they respected his art and craft. They wanted to eliminate him because they knew that he embodied the Muslim world's angst over our policies and occupations. Gerinomo was the code word because of a historical similarity. Think about that, the special ops team respected their enemy enough to code name him that:

"Geronimo’s life story is a direct result of the invasion of the Apache territory and attempts to subdue the free and independent Apache. After his family was massacred by Mexicans in 1851, Geronimo became a Chiricahua Apache leader who fit perfectly into the non-Indian metaphorical frame “Indians Are Enemies.” He and a small group of fellow Apaches brilliantly eluded capture by 5,000 United States Army soldiers, 500 Indian scouts, and 3000 Mexican soldiers. The desert terrain was steep and formidable. The temperatures were extreme: intense cold and blistering heat. Geronimo and his band had very little food or water. What those Apaches accomplished is very likely one of the most amazing physical feats of stamina in the history of the human race. He finally surrendered in 1886."

Now the KKK is a frikin terrorist organization.

Genocide on blacks and native Americans was a terrorist act.

Remember Emmit Till, a little black boy who was beaten to death, and dumped in a river?

all while making us think its in our interests to do so when in fact the problem is american made and the solution lies with america.
There are people today who think that admitting God’s absolute greatness decreases the value and importance of humans in the creation, as if God and mankind are rivals competing in greatness and power. Meanwhile I feel that whenever our perception of God’s greatness increases, with it we become greater, because we are the creation of a great God.

Geronimo is the "target." The president when being protected is called "Geronimo." Geronimo=target. You can try to get all sensationalized and radicalized over anything and everything...but GERONIMO=TARGET.

There is no point here man. He refuses to at least concede that there might be valid reasons that people are mad at America, from Latin America to the middle east. Its because he was raised on the infallability of American policy. Sarah Palin embodied this when she said: "our weapons are a deterrent.... Irans would not be.!"

                  • Should I post a picture of Emmit Till, or the blacks who were lynched all over the nation?

                    Is that not terrorism?

You may be right, but I need a reference. The world does not see it that way:

You really don't understand that when we leave Afghanistan...we have effectively either broken or derailed Al-Qaeda and/or the Taliban. Until that happens I'm sure it wont happen. And whatever the Taliban does, it receives back 3-fold.

He refuses to answer that for some reason. I dont know why he doesnt recognize that the greatest warriors, like Robert E Lee are pragmatists and practical. General Grant understood this about Robert E Lee and calculated his moves accordingly. Jackson, the general president even remarked that he understood why the Indians were fighting... and that he understood he would have to fight twice as hard to overcome their passion to survive.
