Re the angel comparison, funny. Times have changed, unfortunately with this Western occupation.
Well I hate to incur wrath.
But I still like Khorasan. It's the prettiest name !
Just think, no Westerners will ever be able to pronounce it right.
So they will dismiss it from their Agendas...
Why not make it tougher for them by saying Khorasan-Afghanistan?!!
Ariana is next choice from my point of view but I doubt that will go over well, either.

believe me its the truthOriginally posted by Manzareh View Posti doubt that
when i crossed torkham the first thing was that a police took bribe from me about 1000 rupees.
when in peshawer the police stand on the side of the road to take money from anyone riding with a taxi.
and lets not even start with other provinces and moral corruption.
even the guy who was to check my passport wanted to take 500 rupees from me,and this guy was lets say higher officer.
in Afghanistan this is also starting but you cant compare it pakistan, maybe in 60 years.

Look Manzaria! After the fall of Dhaka due to the popular uprising of Bengali nation the Western part of the erstwhile Pakistan lost even the justification to keep the remaining part as Pakistan. The independence of Bangaldesh invalidated the very premise on which Pakistan had been founded (though with the connivance of the British).Originally posted by Manzareh View PostLuffy you asked a simple question, its in the nature of these barbaric PF'ers to give animalistic replies
After that event West Pakistan must have refreshed its mandate to legitimize its existance since Pakistani was/is not a natural unit, it is a federation and federation requires the voluntary participation of the federating units, while the history of Pakistan shows that it occupied half of Afghan land in 1947 and the Qalat States Union, the Baloch historical land, in 1948.
So in my view let aside the issue of name, Pakistan's very existance has been turned illigitimate by the indepence of Bangaldesh for all the nations now trapped in Pakistan.Last edited by khyaal; 01-03-2011, 05:31 PM.

GET USED TO IT
so the tajiks and uzbeks live in a foreigners land? after all they are not pashtun, but they live in "land of the pashtuns"
and yes i agree every pashtun is an afghan because the word afghan is synonymous with the word pashtun, however every pashtun doesnt belong in the current afghanistan----------
