As a part of its development plan for its transport and communications network, Pakistan Railways has completed a feasibility study of the Chaman-Kandahar section for laying railway tracks between Pakistan and Turkmenistan through Afghanistan. The feasibility study for cost, engineering and design for the construction of a rail link from Gwadar to the existing rail network in Mastung district in Balochistan has also been finalized. The new link to Gwadar port will open up underdeveloped areas of Balochistan for development. The main aim of the venture is to connect the Central Asian republics with Pakistan Railways' network through Afghanistan.
China is going to be the beneficiary of Gwadar's most accessible international trade routes to the Central Asian republics and Xinjiang. By extending its East-West Railway from the Chinese border city of Kashi to Peshawar in Pakistan's northwest, Beijing can receive cargo to and from Gwadar along the shortest route, from Karachi to Peshawar. The rail network could also be used to supply oil from the Persian Gulf to Xinjiang. Pakistan's internal rail network can also provide China with rail access to Iran.

    Through all through afghanistan
Afghanistan is central to China' energy needs, and China will develop ties with Afghanistan as it sees fit.

Once Afghanistan gains its independence, I predict that there will be more Chinese investment than there already is. This will come with security ties too. Developing nations are forging stronger ties with China- because it offers more trade.

It should be worth mentioning that PTI and Imran Khan spent almost a week in China before the May 2013 elections, and this was even when Nawaz was projected to win.

China is a friendly state and just passing probably about 50km within China's territory we can reach Tajikistan border.

      1-The route is more safe
2-Karakoram highway already exist upto kashgar
3-The route can be used for most of the year

have a look at the pic.The karakoram highway already pass extremely close to the border

any.the trade is already On through Pakistan though limited.and certainly there are no reason to use Tajik language on Pakistani sign board leading toward china.

One can understand your excitement but it is not just a matter of how close to Tajakistan does "Shah-Rahi-Raisham" pass. It also depends on the technical and economic feasibility and viability of any road-link through that part of Tajakistan to the Shahrah-i-Raisham. Other factors are where do the productive centers of Tajakistan lie to engage in economically beneficial foreign trade through the shahrah.

To my knowledge, the strategic population centers and economic hubs are in western Tajakistan.

Besides, the Shahrahi-Raisham is not an all-weather road just like Salang-pass is which already connects at least three states (Tajakistan, Uzbakistan, and Turkaministan) to Afghanistan. With links to Chabahar port already built, Central Asian states may find this route more feasible. The additional advantage is, this option also provides a route to South Asia via khyber and Chaman and Middle East (Iran+Persian Gulf) and you are not entirely dependent on Shah-rahi-raisham.

Afghanistan is already independent having it squeezed out of the tyrannical hands of Taleban marauders. A proof of that is, China has signed all its agreements with the present Afg govt. Who will do business with medieval minded lot not knowing the nuances of modern trade and economics.

And you ignored the rest of everything and only opened this one?

The rail projects are 2 and probably remaining now

To go through Afghanistan, the route is not safe for either tajikistan or Pakistan.

*MOU was signed with Tajikistan for railway project and not through Afghanistan
*MOU was also signed this year by 3 countries,Pakistan,Afghanistan and tajikistan for a possible railway.

I believe the first option is much better
