It is the correct spelling. Pashto words that end with an "ah" sound are usually written with a 'ha,' since Pashto has no 'ta marbuta' and a 'ya' without dots (i.e. 'alif maqsura' in Arabic) in Pashto makes an "ay" sound (as in Ahmadzai, Karzai, etc.).
