Maybe thats exactly what Khostai is pushing for. Maybe the guy wants his sister to be loose. Maybe he has in higher consideration personal freedom than collective dignity. Seems changes are being promoted from outside by westernized Afghans (most of whom are no longer Muslim or have the old Afghan values, basically whitewashed people) rather than from native Afghans themselves. Its like a trojan horse.

These degenerates control Afghan media. The West pumps tons of money into these types, giving them a huge influence over people who watch Afghan media.

Go look at the Facebook or Twitter pages of people in the Westernized Afghan elite. It's like they live in a different universe than the rest of the country.

A few weeks back I saw a Twitter post from some Afghan woman talking about how great it was that there were pet stores in Kabul for her to buy her dog expensive dog food. Meanwhile 40% of the country has trouble feeding themselves, let alone their vanity dogs.

The US is trying to turn Afghanistan into a feudal state like the British did to Punjab. The only saving grace is that when the US finally leaves and the regime comes crashing down, Inshallah these "elite" lowlifes all run back to the West and leave Afghanistan alone. Too bad they’ll take so much stolen wealth with them.
