Honestly speaking I know just one case of an Afghan marrying an Indic: a Herati girl married to a guy from Karachi. Ironically they got two kids and both are blonde lol

I know also a Herati Pashtun Noorzai friend of mine who married a Pakistani girl, but she is Peshawari so not much difference. I know also a Pashtun Shia guy from Parachinar whose mom is Iranian Shia from Birjand (close to Mashad) But this kind of marriages are not that common.

That's not really how genetics works. The gentic mutation for blonde hair had happened ages ago, now people carry that information, so u can express it without mutation. Technically speaking most pashtuns have the recessive genes for blonde hair, most Indians definitely do not. So it is about pashtun genes I know this because I study genetics lol.
