Even if they can pretend they didn't rape this is good enough to make them ghairatmand. Your values are of any typical afghani(kanjar). Rape then deny which will make you ghairatmand in Afghanistan (kanjarkhana).

If Afghans "are" Taliban, then it would be Afghans supporting them and not the Pakistani ISI. And Taliban wouldn't have to threaten Afghans at gun point to gain their compliance.

It's not about pretending; they deny they raped, So if they're denying it, how can it have been out in the open? One needs only look at the Rape cases of Punjab, where one caste says it can rape another woman as retribution for something.

Afghani no offence but we are not haramkhor muslims like you. Most people here are not even ready to accept any piracha as true pathan. You was kami under hindus and you will remain kami under afghanis, which is shamefull because afghanis themselves are kanjars.

Look of all the case of gang rape that occur in Pakisatan 80% happen in Punjab. Also, 61% of all the crimes in Pakistan occur in Punjab. There is something wrong with the value system of the Punjab.

I am not against ordinary Punjabis but there is something hugely hugely wrong with their moral sense. I will place Punjabis at the bottom of moral categorization if I am to judge the moral stance of people.

Unfortunately, the low-esteem sense has also influence parts of Hazara adjoining Punjab. A Sindhi friend of mine working in judiciary and posted to an area of Haripur told me that complain of rape allegation are routinely filed in lower courts and parents don't feel shame in demanding what he told me "sharmana" (money for causing dishonour to the family of the victim demanded from the offender).

He told me parents will do that even when the allegations are not correct.

I though don't know how prevalent this is.

Only 52% not 55-60%. I don't think it is due to people not reporting the rapes but due to the fact that people have a high self-esteem the neighbourhoods are vigilant and there is a stronger sense of fairness and protective attitude to the poor and the weak in Pashtun areas. Unfortunately, in Punjab due to reasons neither there is a high level of self-esteem in people (to feel embarrassed about what they have done) nor any concern for rejection by the society nor any care for the weaker.
