To me, most of them are Dardicized Pashtuns and Punjabis who adopted a new identity. Overall, i can't say much about them since i have never met one but i'm sure they are nice people.

They're not Dardicized. They speak an Indic language. I think you might be confusing them with Kashmiris.

Before discussing hazarewal kanishka need some lesson about the area.
Hazara divission is divided into two parts.
The north-westren hazara and the south-eastren hazara.
The upper hazara is majority pashtu speaking pashtuns .
The lower or south-eastren hazara is majority khinko speaking and that include many pashtuns too.
The distt of tor ghar and batagram is 100% pashtu speaking.
Tor ghar is divided into two parts east and west.
The west bank of indus river and east bank.
The yousufzai pashtuns of tor ghar are more tribal and cultural then others.
Batagram is home to yousufzais and swati pashtun.
Half of mansehra distt is pashtu speaking such as baffa, ogy, agrawor and pakly valley as far as shinkyary.
In distt of haripore the tehsil Ghazi is majority pashtu speaking like the mountain region sirikot and mashvani belt.
45% hazara is pashtu speaking followed by 40% khinkyaans and 15% kohistani etc.
The creation of abaseen division is the best sulotion to destroy the dream of azara province.
Abaseen division is the pashtu speaking region of upper hazara.

Hindkowan is a label that Pashtuns gave to the remnants if the Indian population that were living in close proximity to Afghanistan in the lowland areas of modern Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa before Pashtuns started pushing east and displacing the Hindus from places like Peshawar, Swat etc where Hindus lived before Pashtuns conquered these places and became the inhabitants.

The word "Hindkowan" is from Pashto language and basically means "Indian".

Good people, many are Pashtuns but speak Hindko as their first language. Ayub Khan is an example of that

Lol at basically indians, they might look like Punjabi's but they're not Indians, a shameless muhajir like you with link anything in Pakistan with the republic of India, erasing our diversity and playing up the similarities between northwestern Indians with us.

BTW I'm a native of abbotabad from the tareen tribe and we all kinds of looks, I also know non pashtun hindkowans who can pass am on us and vice versa

One of the hottest girls I know in a hindkowan Punjabi, andis very robust and curvy, she doesn't look like any bihari or Tamil I've seen, you probably think all indic people have to look like your altaf bhai.

most punjabis have the (indic) look, I dont know which country you are living in. Hindokwans are not true punjabis, they are clearly mixed, since most of them are living in abbotabad or Peshawar, whick is not in punjab. Come to Lahore and see how punjabis look, try to differentiate them from north indians and then we will see who is the idiot

What exactly is this "indic" look ? I do agree that Punjabis and Pakhtuns look different in terms of features but there is definitely overlapping. I've seen Punjabis from India that look more stereotypical "Pashtun" than say Ziauddin Yusufzai.
