Lol Khostai has finally come the realisation that he is so secularised that he no longer has any attachments to his own people.

Khosttai is the real patriot who wants to see her homeland a developed and prosperous country not the one goverened by the marauding hordes of Taliban or Mullahs.

Politics should be undertaken by politicians not by religious pundits. Mullahs are for running the mosques while Khans are to run Hujras. This is secularism which Afghanistan already had but after 1979 Mullahs took control of this beautiful land and since then Afghanistan is burning.

A real patriot does not try to push something meant for a foreign culture on his people. A real Patriot tries to advance his people on the terms that relate to THEIR values s; not the terms of values of people totally contradictory to theirs.

The Secularism that Afghanistan had before 1979; didn't go much farther than Kabul and it was mainly cronies of the Upper Classes. That's why secularism in Afghanistan could only exist by violence against the majority.

I think the most important issue You should have is how to garant that your people are more protected from any interference and violence.
How to garant a propper education to your people, a real education that is based on your peoples culture.
Any system religious or secular is a system and if it is implied by violence it doesn't mke people more close to faith, in both ways it distances people.
Your people need understanding of where they are standing for never being missused.
You have your own basis so changing this basis with violence in any direction is a crime.
I agree with those who talk about comunism that the only thing it did is using violene, it was not only in Afghanistan that way.
Communism may have some good ideas, but only ideas. How can you force a person to see a person as brother and how can you force a person to believe....?
Feelings and faith come from heart and soul, a person has to be responsible for his actions.
This is why any violence, secular or religious will bring You only grief.
Even the most noble idea will bring only destruction if applied by violence and ignorance.

You are not Afghan or Pashtun, so what you say doesn't have any meaning in the issues of Afghanistan. You can preach your ancient failed muthazila system in Yemen.

I would wish You all, and those who argue about these issues at your homecountry could realize that aslong as you see yourself as biggest enemies the situation will be always that way.
I really wish you not to loose your memory, that you are brothers and that brothers should help eachother and complete yourself.
All the best to all of You

The thing is, when someone speak about secularism they alwasy asume it can only be implemented by force. I want it to be implemented gradualy. The Mujhahid and Taliban Sharia was also implemented by force, killing a lot of peopel. The communism regime also killed a lot of peopel I don't deny that. But where the peopel fighting communism becuase they were secular? No they were fighting it becuase of the communism ideology, of sharing everything with everyone, and the state owning land and property. You can see on old videos how Afghans claim that communism is bad, by saing even the fingers on one hand are not equal.

And where those mujhahids truly fighting for Islam? All of them are now on power. Look how Afghanistan is today. Is that the true sharia ans Islam that they wanted for the peopel? They used Islam as a tool to get in power. Pakis use Islam as a tool to send extremist to Afghanistan that blow themself up, Islam is also used against PAshtun peopel to prevent them from uniting with each other. We should stop that.

To prevent further abuse and demonisation of Islam is to secularise Afghanistan, so that the evil peopel like mullah Omar, rabani massoud types and all other extremist would not have any groud to stay on.

The so called upper classes never fought their own fights. When they needed something to be done, they went to where my roots are, old city of Kabul. That is where they got the killers and the muscle to do their job. They on the other hand were a bighirat taifa to begin with.

It was Shah Shujah who sold the country to the British and it was poor ordinary Afghans who butchered the British on the streets of Kabul. These people are a parasite, a disease that has crippled our country for generations. Incompetent, corrupt and moral degenerates; that is what they're.

Read the history of the first Afghan war... In every Afghan war, its the ordinary Afghans who always win, the leaders come and go and some of them like Najib gets lynched on the streets. The killers and the old school muscle lives on protecting the streets.

Whatever helps you sleep better at night; but you know what I'm saying is correct. You're at odds with Afghan society because you lack the BIGGEST bargaining chip; Islam. As long as you openly portray yourself as something contrary or divergent from Islam you'll never get even 1 inch of ground and people will resist you even if everything you have to say is actually for their own good.

Secularists in Afghanistan are going to have to learn how to use the Islam talk; just like Islamists have learned how to use the Democracy talk into their favor. You haven't learned to adapt.

You think it "failed" but the fact I can outsmart secularists at their own game; knowing how to use their arguments against them and point out the logical flaws should make secularists like you worried; because if there was ever a public debate on television and you were up against me; you'd look like a nincompoop because while I'd have sound logic in my arguments; you'd look like an irrational nutcase mudslinging and hurling accusations. Better rethink your strategy; you're going to be the reason why secularism fails.
