^ like I said before pashtuns seem to be a bridging people between iranids, central asians and indics. Though I am not aware of pashtun history, perhaps in ancient times they were more indic? it is possible, but again there is no conclusive evidence of anything. I am going by what they are today, today they are not classified as indics because their language, culture, traditions are different from Indians

I know the story of the Baloch people and what the Pakistani's did to you, is both sad and pathetic, but that is history, that is how countries are made, learn to live on forward, and make towards a better country rather than hogging on and on about the past. Your language does not shape your identity, I know many Pashtuns who are born and raised in America, they do not know a word of Pashto, what does that make them? Many ethnicities of the Punjab have just settled there let that be from Ancient Persia, Europe, or heck even India itselfOriginally posted by M17ArnoBaloch View PostFalse. Panjabis speak the language "Panjabi". Any panjabi or sindhi living in Balochistan wouldn't speak "Balochi" because he/she isn't a baloch. Balochistan means the land of Baloch. Historically speaking the sistan-va-balochistan and todays balochistan was one big land. Baloch lived in these lands untill occupation from Pakistan. All panjabis are Indians or Indics. So you're living in Panjab right? after a decade would it be okay for me to call you a panjabi? since its just a term for a person living there? Absolutely not. You will stay pashtun you will not become panjabi because panjabi is a race not a term to be given to those who reside Panjab.
Panjabis are Indians. There are indian panjabis and then there are paki panjabis. Both are indians.Yama Pukhtoon da Pukhtano sara zam.

You still think pashtuns are related to indians?Originally posted by Khyber Pass View PostYou can't say that about every single Punjabi that lives in Punjab, if you are going to generalize like that I can also say the same about Pashtuns can I not? You are making assumptions but are not using proper historical credible facts to back up your claims. The Indians in general are primarily Aryans, even India as a whole was founded by the Aryans when they came into India and settled in present day Sindh. The Aryans were classified as a bloodthirsty race, coming into the Indus in 1500 BC and basically creating a full blood bath one of these people was Bharata who created a very large Indian empire "According to ancient Indian epic legend of the Mahabharata as well as the numerous puranas and diverse Indian history, Bharat Empire included the whole territory of the Indian subcontinent, including parts of present day Pakistan, Afghanistan, China, Iran, Tajikistan, Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzstan, Russia,[3] Turkmenistan, North-west Tibet, Nepal and Bangladesh." As a whole we have no direct proof of mixing, we don't even have proof of Pashtuns mixing, so why bring up that topic?

So you think Palestinians should just surrender their land to isreal? if they should too learn to forget and move forward?Originally posted by Khyber Pass View PostI know the story of the Baloch people and what the Pakistani's did to you, is both sad and pathetic, but that is history, that is how countries are made, learn to live on forward, and make towards a better country rather than hogging on and on about the past. i can show you numerous examples like that.
All i was saying is that can i call you panjabi because you live in panjab? no panjabi is not a term its a race. you can't be panjabi if your a pashtun.Last edited by M17ArnoBaloch; 07-14-2013, 06:33 PM.جی وا ترا بلوچ ، ذندان بلوچ ، کلو واتنییے

But these people are South Indian and are the Native Indians as I and Karachi discussed earlier. But these Indians share similar roots to the Pashtuns and also share many things in common, look at their facial structures not their skin color.Originally posted by Kushan Prince View PostYou still think pashtuns are related to indians?
