        Thats collective punishment and the kids were unfortunately in the locale and got picked in cases described just being in a home next to the action.

        In Afghanistan's case I'd say that is fair.

              american military and government don't need proof of ones crime anymore. they can imprison, torture or assassinate anyone they choose to.

                    No ... in fact the main reason I'm here is to counter Pro-Taliban propaganda., it used to be counter-secularism; but I see who the real danger is now.

                            Whats fair? Collective punishment??? You cannot on the one hand allege that the populace hates the Taliban and insurgency and is oppressed by it and then say that its OK to collectively punish the people.

                            By that standard the Talibano's behavior at Mazar is what it is... collective punishment for the treatmented meted out to their colleague.
