What is the problem that before they did not exist, or at least not all of them as important pathodens.
Not only because they bacame immune to all antibiotics known, but because by the therapy with antibiotics they spread selectively and because the way of healthcare existing provided the soil for them to grow.
Bacteria are at the end like plants, the more you poison earth the more difficult plant pests are the only that survive.
