something which is like that can happen when only baluchistan ask afghanistan directly and officially.

Afghanistan has many problems and baluchistan just adds up. so its only right that its up to baluchistan to make the approach.

I saw in the thread Ahmadzai khan of Kalat and Bungalzai as Balochs. I am really curious how these tribes are described as Baloch. They are Pashtuns.

Until finally Humayun had gathered hundreds of Baloch tribesmen alongside his Mughals and then marched towards Kandahar and later Kabul, thousands more gathered by his side as Humayun continually declared himself the rightful Timurid heir of the first Mughal Emperor Babur.

After Humayun set out from his expedition in Sindh, along with 300 camels (mostly wild) and 2000 loads of grain, he set off to join his brothers in Kandahar after crossing the Indus River on 11 July 1543 along with the ambition to regain the Mughal Empire and overthrow the Suri dynasty. Among the tribes that had sworn allegiance to Humayun were the Magsi, Rind baloch and many others.

i would like a free balochistan but that country would suffer poverty and many problems, sure our culture and langauges would be preserved batter but the country would be very poor with little education or opportunites.

i strongly dislike pakistani government and policies but love the country itself.
we baloch are only loyal to our country balochistan thats it

Ahmedzai, raisani, kaitran, and bangazai are pashtun tribes, these people were rulers of Balochistan for centuries.

Because they interagated into baloch society? Kind of like how niazi's consider themselves punjabi now because a lot of them live in punjab.

then how do you explain almost all of Baloch tribs have "zai" at the end.

                        explain that.

I can list more than a 100 tribes with zais, some of them that i know by tongue are bangulzai, durranzai, Bagayzai, Barakzai, Branzai, Dodai tribe, Essazai, Kambarzahi, Kambarzai, mallazai, etc.

so the majority, 90% Baloch are actual Pashtuns? This is plain ridiculous and retarded to think. This is seen as wiping our entire indentity. Also, keep in mind there is no proof.

And one more thing, even if there isn't zai in a baloch tribe, let's say Shahwani tribe. Which is a baloch tribe without "zai". They still have zai' in their sub-ethnic tribal name. For example, my cousin who's a Shahwani is a surizai in Shahwani and in surizai, he's kunnarzai. There are lots of sub-ethnic zai's even in tribes that don't have "zais".

Well I agree with you that 90% of balochis aren't pashtuns. But baloch people in general have different orgins on where the come from. Like mentioned on here before, 44% of balochis are of Pashtun origin while the remaining half are descendants of kurds. The Zai is nothing but borrowing considering there are a lot of Pashtuns in balochistan.

Yeah, it can be argued that they don't really have same origins. Different tribes have different particular origins or vice versa, I can't really argue on that.

One facinating fact that i found out is that the Barakzai tribe is a pashtun tribe. And it is also a Baloch ethnic tribe! :D

                            twins!

srsly there are barakzai baloch and there are barakzai pashtuns.... weird shiett i found out since i have a friend who's a barakzai.

Another tribe which are same is Baranzai. there is baranzai baloch tribe as well as baranzai pashtun tribe. they are also twin tribes.

                            i can provide proof.

M17ArnoBaloch, listen bro the ahmedzai, raisani, baranzai and brakzai are known pashtun tribes, pashtuns ruled many areas/countries, descendants of those pashtun armies exist in india, balochistan, iran, turkmenistan, So there are descendants of those pashtuns living in your areas too they look baloch because they are baloch by mother

ahmedzai, branzai, barakzai are pashtun agreed. But not raisani, you are wrong.

Also provide some proof if you want to say that those are pashtun tribes/baloch tribes.

What do you mean "baloch by mother"? not all of them are baloch by mother or pashtun by mother or pashtun by father or baloch by father.

Also Have you heard about Ameer Sardar Dost Mohammad Khan Baloch? He is a Baloch Ameer, meaning he is military leader and commander. If you tell him he is actually a 'Pashtun', you will make him angry and seriously destroy his pride since he is an ethnic 'Baranzai'.
