and if no,you want that the sister or female relative of someone else talks to you while you does not allow your female relative to talk to others.
So this should be a male only forum? its only words and its not like we can see each other. I think women should contribute their ideas and perspectives, you cant hide women they exist.

Pashtun culture has always shown that there is a line between what men talk about and what women talk about. I remember a few times when i would sit with my cousins and i would pitch in my political views, one would look at me and say that women dont talk about these things, i didnt know whether to take offense to it or not.

Personally, politics is not my cup of tea.
Well, when I was talking about strong and independent, I didn´t mean that one should be involved in political debates to earn those attributes.

In general, Pashtanas are strong but they limit themselves to certain fields and parts of life. My point of view is that women shouldn´t let men to dominate certain parts of daily life and politics are a part of that.
I am pretty sure that a woman´s mind, that of a mother, sister and aunt, is more cautious when it comes to violence for example....hence, a female American president would have thought twice about bombing Hiroshima and Nagasaki, killing hundreds of thousands of women and children in that almost men-free cities, I am pretty sure about that.
Solving conflicts is one of the major areas where women think and feel really differently than men do.

We need more input on what is right and wrong from women in general, BUT Pashtanas that I have come across so far limit themselves, the subordinate themselves to certain aspects of life.

Well, there is a small faction of women who do manage to overcome these barrieres but are mostly not able to communicate and express themselves properly and become bitter with time. I have seen some on this forum.

Pashtun culture is not static. It evolves with the problems it is confronted with. We need more outspoken women. That´s a fact.

you act as if we are in all sitting together on stools in a brothel bar here...

considering this is a pashtun forum where people tend to respect boundaries, id say its pretty much safe for the ladies.
There are people today who think that admitting God’s absolute greatness decreases the value and importance of humans in the creation, as if God and mankind are rivals competing in greatness and power. Meanwhile I feel that whenever our perception of God’s greatness increases, with it we become greater, because we are the creation of a great God.

                    • Since I received a bad grade on my last assignment, I feel I can't write anymore. I need someone to proofread my current assignment, the question is to pick two quotes from our textbook.

                      This is what I wrote,

                      Quotes to Affirm:
“Genuine compliments mean a lot to people –and can go a long way toward inspiring the best performance.”

Managers at times command orders at their employees, and forget to compliment their staff when the appropriate time calls for it; having a selective perception when it comes to emotional intelligence: overlooking personalities and values that employees bring in the work force. The organizations that lack employee motivations (in favor of Theory X), are the ones who have low job satisfaction, an uncertainty avoidance culture, and a negative effect. The employers working for them lack a continuous, normative, and organization commitment towards the employer’s. Organizations that are successful are the ones who incorporate compliments for their employees; the employees will have a positive self-efficacy: motivated to take on a task; forming a strong sense of task identity. The corporations that incorporate compliments recognize individual differences, and encourage skill variety. A compliment doesn’t just have to be some words of encouragements. Bonuses and rewarding employees off job performances can be used to accolade individual workers. A Neuropsychological study found that praise triggered the same part of the brain as rewards. For an employee to receive positive feedback, it will motivate the staff member to affectively commit on the next project.

                      Quotes to Challenge:
“Failure hurts, and to either protect ourselves or recover from the pain, we do not learn from failure—we rationalize it away. “

I found this quote to be unacceptable and immoral.
We learn the best lessons in life from our failures. Having a need for achievement for mentally challenging work, an individual will meet failure from time to time. Failure brings perspective to people by providing feedback on ways to improve in a subject; using the experience as a step towards self-actualization and higher-order needs. Receiving complements are a great motivating factor, but you also have to acknowledge failure to accept its lessons. A successful company motivates its workers when they deserve it, but companies should also talk to employees about their failures: Communicate better steps that should have been taken, and learn to recognize it—the reason of failing— by avoiding it in the future; setting realistic goal settings which will lead to a high level of satisfaction in my opinion. Work-based failures shouldn’t be a task significance; employees are not protecting themselves by leaving it unabated.*Failure can be used to tackle a new discipline, leading to a new skill-base. By rationalizing it away, the example will not be learned and the person is deemed to repeat the failures in the future. An individual should use failure as an instrumental value, recognizing it as an unlikely step towards achievement.

I can edit this tomorrow, but late

You got all your material down , and research, but you def need to rework your sentence structure, and a few minor grammar mistakes

I suggest you pick up a vocab book and just do a passage a week.

Also, meet your professor and go over your rough draft just for the sake of controlling the outcome of your grade

Once your stupid professor feels that he or she helped you, they are more inclined to give you an A

It's all a sham for the money obsessed greedy

                          I haven't said this.This is your interpretation.

                          But no.
High achievement always takes place in the framework of high expectation.

Good looks. This professor is some black panther feminist. She gives me 3 straight A's, then randomly gives me the lowest grade you could get. Without a reason why.

One of my thesis for an essay was "Lacking cultural intelligence can bankrupt a business." she gave me a 70 on the essay, and her feedback was my thesis in her words.
