  • Randolph,

Ideas that are shared shouldn't be interpreted based on the gender of the person who expresses them.

I mean what should we do with 1000 females who post nonsense?

The other point is that Pashtun culture is partly based on "what will Ahmad&Mahmud say?", so females participate reluctantly.

Maybe the next generation will experience independent and stronger Pashtanas than we do.
    The only constant is change.

        • its my fav smiley, by far.
There are people today who think that admitting God’s absolute greatness decreases the value and importance of humans in the creation, as if God and mankind are rivals competing in greatness and power. Meanwhile I feel that whenever our perception of God’s greatness increases, with it we become greater, because we are the creation of a great God.

damn it, gulalai. didn't u read my post? lasso up some lady friends of yours and have them register.
There were some strong, independent, smart women (not that there isnt anymore), but i understand why they do not post anymore. At one time, many of us (females) felt bullied not just by a few guys here, but from other female as well. Some decided not to bother dealing with them, and just do not come on anymore. Its evident and well known that women take things more emotionally....whereas for me i just dont give a *beep* about it anymore hence why i dont cave into it. I am still in contact with a few of them. As for the others, i hope all is well with them.

Actually we do have strong and independent Pashtunas....but how many actually get into politics? I mean, when we have guest over, i have never heard Pashtunas get *into* it like the men do. We always talk about cooking stuff, what is good with what, etc. We talk about who just got married and all that girly stuff. Pashtun culture has always shown that there is a line between what men talk about and what women talk about. I remember a few times when i would sit with my cousins and i would pitch in my political views, one would look at me and say that women dont talk about these things, i didnt know whether to take offense to it or not.

Personally, politics is not my cup of tea.

                              Are you serious ?

Does you or any other person here wants his female relatives to be on this forum posting and talking ...

and if no,you want that the sister or female relative of someone else talks to you while you does not allow your female relative to talk to others.
