  • The world best Honey.

Royal Sidr Honey is used to treat respiratory infections, liver problems, stomach ulcers, digestive problems, constipation, diseases resulting from malnutrition, eye diseases, infected wounds and burns, and surgical wounds. It facilitates menstruation and promotes speedy recovery after childbirth. With various herbs, it can be used against epilepsy, strengthens the immune system, and promotes general health and vitality.

Antioxidant - Some honeys are found to have as much as 75-150 mg ascorbic acid per 100g, while others have less than 5mg per 100g. Antioxidants are important in counteracting the damage caused to the body by free radicals which play a role in the ageing process and in triggering diseases such as arterial disease and cancer. Research has found that darker honeys have higher antioxidant properties.

Antibacterial - Medical science is rediscovering the effectiveness of honey in the use of alternative therapies in areas where the development of antibiotic-resistant bacteria (the "superbugs") spreads. Honeys may differ in the potency of its antibacterial activity thus affecting its healing abilities. Some honeys are no more antibacterial than sugar, while others can be diluted more than 100-fold and still halt the growth of bacteria.

Natural Aphrodisiac - Mixed with carrot seeds, Sidr Honey becomes an aphrodisiac. A blend of the honey with certain combination of nuts, ginseng and herbs are claimed to be better than Viagra, with no side effects.

I am looking for this honey but I could not find it in UK. I went to waitrose a week ago but even there I could not find it. I asked the manager about this and he said he never heard about this. Then I bought a bottle of manuka honey.
I want you guys if anyone of you knows about this or have it.
Is there anybody from Yemen on this forum ? This honey comes from Yemen.
Also i want to know the Pashto name for this honey. The most valuable honey we have in Pashto is sperkay honey and bera honey. I doubt it this is one of these two. or I may be wrong.
    Looking forward for your comments
    Thanks

          Manuka is good.

Scimitar is half Yemeni, ask him.

You can probably order this online from the producers and they'll ship it to you.

I am not sure how valid is this but I heard the honey mentioned in the Quran sharif is the honey from Yemen and that it really is suppose to work very well as far as curing.

                    Anyone tried it?

(btw that's pretty expensive isn't it??)

There are so many names for honey. I know only two sperkay and bera. sperkay is a tree or plant and bera is also a tree. Then there are two types of bees the one is white small ones which is called spalanay machay and the other are the common one.

Yes it is way expensive but its benefits are more than its price. and I doubt our beloved prophet s.a.w used to have this honey from Yemen.
So we all must taste it once a life.
