I find so much variations in Pashtuns its interesting to know what other people have thought of your ethnic/national background.

I for one have gotten Albanian, Lebonese, Pakistani, Italian, Jordanian ,Moroccan and Afghani the most.

btw, i get something like Arab, Spanish, Italian the most..... and some ignorant people think Pakistanis are Arabic, when most Pakistanis are Indian not arabic (well most of Punjab and Sindh are indian) :S......


Usually countries in Southern Europe and the middle-east. I won't say north africa, but Berber-Arabs of North Africa are predominantly Gandumi, like Middle-easterners and south europeans. They call it, the Mediterannean race.

Afghans typically are divided between three appearences. The Chinese mixed/Eurasian look, which Hazaras, Afghan Uzbeck, Turkmens and Aimaqs look like, and the Olive skinned look which Pashtons, Tajiks, Nuristanis, Pashais typically look like, tending to look similar to other Middle-easterners and Southern Europeans. I know Afghans some can look scandinivian, but it's very rare, the superfair look is rare, very rare.
