Yes brother, but not in this case, its the same like in the word before"Ishkhan"=ruler, "ishkhel"=to rule.
Armenian verbs finish with -el, that there is a "khel" is a casuality, he root of the word is "ishkh-" (rule).
But you should have noticed an other similarity, the ending of armenian inifinite verb seems similar to the Pashto one.

We don't have the word "Khel".
In dialect we have the word "Khalkh", but its a foreign word, i think from arabic.
For tribes we use te word "Tsegh"
And for slighter divisions the word "Azg".These words are rooted in our language.

Not in this case, it comes froom Turkic, mongolian and these names are very easyly translatable:

Amirkhan (Amir from Arabic, Khan from Turkic...)
                Karakhan (Black ruler)
                Sarukhan ( Bright ruler)
Musakhan ( Ruler Musa, Isa, Murad.......)
You can find these names not only among us but Turkmens too for example. It is their influence during invasions that led to this kind of family names.

We have many foreign titels in family names now: Amir, KHan, Malik, Bek, Shah.....( some examples Amiryan, Karakhanyan, Meliqyan, Karabekyan, Shahnazaryan, ore more funny Jigarkhanyan)

Again, i didn't pay attention to your question.
So if there is a verb "khel" that means to come from as You said, it may be similar to Gal=to come in Armenian , in dialect they say Qel instead of Gal.

Ahh i see. Thanks for clearing up the confusion brother. I've also noticed that the Armenian proverb to identify who is Armenian is "Ian" right? I've noticed a lot of Armenians carrying this in their last name. Kind of like how pashtuns use "khel" or "zai" to identify that they are Pashtun.

I can only believe in a fairy tale when a fairy is involved, otherwise its a nightmare. Imagine a nightmare, like being married to a heroin addict. For example a woman played World of WarCraft for so long that her baby died of starvation. That is a nightmare.

I have to agree with Shamlawar Khorosani on this one.

Baadshah = Bacha = Pacha = Paadshah etc.

Khan has many other varieties (Xan, Han etc. stretching across Central Asia from Turkey to China and so on), and like the commentators here already have said, it means something in the region of lord, prince, etc.
