Dont marry if you dont want to. You will have to get your family to understand that

There are some families that are overly annoying about the whole marriage process even to boys. So maybe Pashtun Boy is getting that at home. But either way, get married when you want to, to someone you want to get married to. Be happy.

As for the married people get fat, those are just some examples. But not everyone gets fat or loses weight just because of marriage. I would think since you're being intimate with someone that you watch your weight even more. Especially if you're a girl. We're all insecure about that and being intimate causes other insecurities to come up. So most women, (I'm not sure about men) will watch their weight even more. Especially since society tells us nothing but a size 2 is considered sexy.
"Do not lose hope in adversity and complain that God singled you out for punishment, remitting others guilty of worse sins. Your present state could very well be His intent to elevate your spiritual station. Or He could just be testing your faith. Everyday that you persevere, you grow closer to perfection. Thus, your present despair may be the beginning of an infinite blessing". - Shaykh Abdul Qadir Jilani.
