Also based on historical precedent, I would opt to keep the condolences for yourself since each time you guys celebrate one of these guys going down, another one more vicious and tactical rises in his place and the movement doesn't shatter but ends up either dividing into multiple uncontrollable but effective militias or ends up showing a feat of strength (e.g. Kunduz) demonstrating that they are hardly dependent on the central heirarchy.
