Only morons think one can not study in a certain country. The Chinese study in America and so do the Russians and vise versa. It is beneficial to the region if more pakis study in india and Indians study in pak and that goes for Afghanistan and the central Asian Stans. Coming to the point, I don't have a permanent address of Karachi which means that I am a registered voter of PK-13 NA-5. More than 99% of my family lives there. So the politics of Pakhtunkhwa effects me cent percent. And yes the poltiics of Karachi effects me as well.
