i like admin khans idea of a "kitabtoon" sub-section in the literature section. this sub-section should be open for all contributors that want to share books and articles. no discussions should be allowed just like nazia sis said.
to discuss a particular question you can made a separate thread.
      I'm all for it.

Do members agree? Well, if you disagree or want things done differently, feel free to speak up.

A line[Durrand line] of hatred that raised a wall between the two brothers -Hamid Karzai

For generations, the Hindus of India prayed for deliverance from "the venom of the cobra, the teeth of the tiger and the vengeance of the Afghan."

The men of Kábul and Khilj also went home; and whenever they were questioned about the Musulmáns of the Kohistán (the mountains), and how matters stood there, they said, "Don't call it Kohistán, but Afghánistán; for there is nothing there but Afgháns and disturbances." Thus it is clear that for this reason the people of the country call their home in their own language Afghánistán, and themselves Afgháns. The people of India call them Patán; but the reason for this is not known. But it occurs to me, that when, under the rule of Muhammadan sovereigns, Musulmáns first came to the city of Patná, and dwelt there, the people of India (for that reason) called them Patáns—but God knows!

shlombay, I read all the posts and i found nothing to add to these suggestions. But when i criticise da zahrojam for her post, i meant that the way other people are proceeding for kitabtoon is ok and it is needed. Jirga is needed for each and everything which is collective. I can add then my articles to this kitabtoon, if other people like, which are already published in different newspaper in the last few years.

That sounds like a terrific idea. We look forward to your articles. I will update this thread when the new section is created.

                Alef (Ulfat, Arshad, Ikhlas)
                Be (Benawa)
