What India is, increasingly in the recent past, is becoming increasingly aware of and intolerant towards a certain type of Muslim, practicing a certain form of Islam.

First let's get the basics out if the way, since I'm new here (fir the rest, anyways).

I'm not Hindu.

Secondly, I do not think any Muslim man was raped.

Thirdly, and most importantly, India is a nation where 80% of us are Hindus.

Cows are holy to Hindus. Ergo, no beef.

And we don't want stuff like 4 wives and triple tslaq and one day marriages in our country, thank you very much.

We intend to protect all Indians, and not leave some if them helpless in front of fundamentalist loonies living in the 7th century.

If by that you want to surmise that we are Islam unfriendly, then that is your prerogative.

But it is our country. Our rules.
