We had a discussion the other day with a friend that the safest investment anywhere is either in property(real estate) or gold. But we could not agree with each other which one is safer out of these two property or gold? So that's why my question

I will indeed join that discussion and read the previous lessons! Thank you very much! And ahhh as far as property or gold that is really location dependant, in some developed areas property may be very profitable, but in areas where land, houses, businesses are not prospering Gold would be my best bet as gold is rising universally around the world. But that is just my opinion- and also why I usually keep some gold handy. . . I try to form them into unique things though not just pellets, small bars, big bars or such... my last was for a friend he wanted a wrench set cast of gold.. I told him I can do it but I highly doubt you have the amount of gold it would take. . . He gave me what he had and I was able to make a micro wrench set 4mm - 10mm set in increments of 2mm so 4 wrenches which are purely for display. He was happy I did it but he was hoping for something a lot bigger. I told him- I was hoping for a lot more gold so I could use my 1/4" to 1-1/2" casting set!
I am a "Gold Digger" as they say... The constant search for precious metals never ends. Platinum, Gold, Silver. . . Someone is always selling, and I am always buying.

aleslam Ali kom! It has been a while and I have done more gold prospecting in AFG than I have learning the language.
