And if and when she divorces me, she will be committing adultery because no man can break up something that God has blessed and made such as marriage.

Now for your next question, not that it is any of your business, but No I did not kill anyone. I was a medic. I saved lives. Both American and Afghan.

I did not come onto this forum to argue. I am here to learn Pushtu, and about the religion of Islam.

Since you did not killed anybody, I will proceed to talk with you.

So you're not an atheist and that's very good to me. I suppose that you're not a mormon but a protestant ? A non-denominational christian ? I respect you and your religion.

I, myself am not a Pashtun but i appear to be an expert about Islam. Ask me anything you want about it and i'll answer to you.

First of all, we don't use "Taqiyya" to mislead people. Taqiyya is a shia practise, it has nothing to do with Islam. Most of muslims see shias as a sect because of their deviant practises.

Taqiyya - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Now that you know we aren't allowed to lie in our religion, let's talk about our beliefs.

        1) Muslims don't worship the moon, nor do they worship a black stone.

It is clearly indicated in our holy book, the Qur'an to not worship the moon but the one who created it.

Surah 41 Verse 37 "Among His Signs are the Night and the Day and the sun and moon. ADORE NOT THE SUN AND THE MOON BUT ADORE ALLAH WHO CREATED THEM if it is Him ye wish to serve."

We believe that the one who created it is Allah, the creator of the universe. We believe in the same god jews and christians believe in under the name of Jehovah and the "heavenly father".

        - The black stone is just a stone, we don't worship it at all. Allah has told us to turn our heards toward the qibla, the "black cube" the same way jews turn their head to the western wall but they don't worship it. We do it because he told us to do it so by doing it we are worshipping him. It's just a compass point so all muslims will not pray in all directions.

        2) Muslims do recognize Jesus as one of the greatest prophets but not as a divine human.

We muslims believe that God is one. He has no son, no daughter, no father, no mother. He has no gender. He has no limits. He has no physical appearence. He is not a spirit either. We believe that Allah is not anthropomorphic and that nothing resembles Allah.

Jesus is a prophet of God, not his son, he is not god, nor the son of god. He has a penis and an anus and god can't have a penis and an anus.

Jesus is a human like you and me. He is not god.

Allah tells us in the Qur'an that if he wanted, he could destroy everything in the heavens and in the earth, including Jesus and start a whole new creation. This is the god in which we believe in, all powerful.

I understand your teachings on Jesus and the stones, etc. My question is what does Islam teach for punishment for adultery? I know what happens to the women, but what happens to the male she is committing adultery with?

I'm sorry for you if that's the case. And I'm also sorry about the fact that the catholic church has been infiltrated by the jews and freemasons.

The Qur'an does not say that someone who commits adultery needs to be stoned to death. It's in the hadiths.

The two main sources of legislation in Islam are the Qur'an and the Sunna (prophetic tradition compiled in the hadiths which are a corpus of the prophet Muhammad's sayings).

The punishment for the one who commits adultery (whether he is a man or a woman) is death by stoning. It's the same punishment as in the bible.

The person who is fornicating with a married woman is commiting a great sin

            his punishment is

            - 100 lashes (which is equivalent to death in practise) if he's not married

            - stoning to death if he's married

in both cases, it results in death

However, you have to understand that those punishments are preventive and used to scare people. Indeed, in real life, you have to bring 4 witnesses so the punishment can be done, which is almost impossible. This clearly shows that it's just a preventive punishment.

My how true that is. That is why I say I am a Traditional Roman Catholic. Meaning I follow the pre-vatican II teaching of the church.

All I read in the Qur'an regarding adultry was about the need for witnesses and the ability to divorce the women.

As much as my heart hurts right now, I wish I could bring this punishment onto him for tearing apart my soul and my family. I have three little boys that now come from a broke n home because of him. And her.

You see, in Islam we don't have a centralized religious power. (i'm talking about true islam, not shias and their mollahs, ayatollahs) The religious authorities are not following a hierarchy. This is why we are superior and we will never be infiltrated by anybody.

Thank you for your kind words in my hour of despair.
Sometimes I wonder if I could actually live in Afghanistan,Pakistan, or Saudi Arabia... I feel like then I wouldn't have to worry about this kind of stuff happening to me ever again.I dont think I could convert though.

But enough about that stuff, I have seen a show explaining Islam on TV and it says there are guardian angels, am I correct? If so, how do they protect you?

My children know about it. I am actually german, italian, irish...you know a mutt...as some would say :-)

Woah Woah Woah Woah, wait a minute here. You have to understand why we muslims think we are following the right religion.

There is a core concept in Islam which is the absolute basis of Islam.

This concept is called Tawheed. Tawheed in arabic means unicity. It's the unicity of God in his Lordship, the unicity of God in his Essence, the unicity of God in his Attributes, the unicity of God in his Names...

We muslims believe that the greatest sin is islam is Shirk, the exact opposite of Tawheed.

The people who commit Shirk will remain in hell forever, whether they are good people or not doesn't matter since they are commiting the greatest injustice against god by not worshipping the true god.

This is why people who worship cows like hindus, people who worship statues like buddhists, people who worship humans like catholics will go to hell according to Islam.

Only the people who worship god and do not associate with him anybody or anything will go to heaven if Allah wants.

There lies the difference between believers and non-believers.

Tawheed is also recognizing the unicity of god as the only legislator so the people who implement man-made laws instead of the Shari'a of Allah are idolaters.

Jesus bowed down to Allah, he recognized Allah as the only true God. But Paul of Tarsus made him divine. He commited shirk and thus the one you call 'saint Paul" is not a muslim for us but Jesus is.

Doesn't it say in the bible to not make images of god ? in the noah laws ? In the 10 commandments ? Why do catholics make images of god ?

The only think I know is that there are angels writing down every single thing/deed you do during your day and that what they are recording will be shown in the day of judgment.

About the angels helping you. I don't think that's common but there are some cases in which when the prophet launched wars against the polytheists and Allah Most High helped him by sending angels to fight with him.

Also do you know that the Holy Spirit is actually an angel in Islam, he is not god but he is an angel, the angel Gabriel.

We muslims think that you made divine a human = Jesus and an angel = Gabriel = the Holy Spirit.
