Denying uzbek their right of separation goes against spirit of pakhtunistan issue. Because of this Your demand for separation of Pakhtunkhwa automatically become weak

      Punjab this, Punjab that.

There is a lot of growing up to do on this forum.

I see nothing wrong in uniting Pashtun lands, but it's up to the people of Afghanistan and Pakistan (of who you guys aren't really representative).

      A plebiscite on the issue.

I'm all for what the people want.

But both Afghan and Pakistani governments are under no obligation to do so.

From an economic point of view, I think that the Pakistani government's "theory" that if they build in certain areas, the money trickles down to other areas, is quite revolting.

They should be spreading the money equally, if they are not (and you cannot tell because noone knows where the money goes). The same applies to the Afghan government, where development seems to be greater in the Tajik areas for some reason.

The Pashtuns are not at all a backward people, and would perform very well if given the same access to education and development as everyone else.

But they are not given equal opportunities by either government in that region.

From that point of view a Pashtunistan would favour the Pashtun people.

Alternatively just spread money more equally between people to give each the same opportunity, and then that is fine.

You see, most people have become only concerned with their own happiness, and their own success in life(which really is not success but a form of death). They are indifferent to the suffering of others, and this is actually a form of evil. A person has one eye, and they have a limited and narrow vision, and see things only in regards to themselves, and no one else.

Pashtunistan/Afghanistan can only be saved when people return to an Eastern thought process which emphasizes the fight for justice for all.
You really need to get over how great you are

But if the Pashtun areas are getting equal development, then there's really not a problem.

I doubt any Uzbek in Uzbekistan wants them to rejoin and even then, if we don't show any objection then never will Tajiks let their area be taken.

Because Pukhtoons first need to stop supporting Taliban.

for pashtunistan to be , the non-pashtun areas need to be seperated from afghanistan.

After all non-pashtuns banded together and supported the americans in ousting the mainly pashtun taliban why would they want to live under another pashtun-domited set up ?

Uhmm because when the civil war was reeling in Afghanistan right through the 90s they didn't opt for separatism. Along with our unity we will have to give them their rights as part of the new nation....we aren't going to pull an east pakistan lolz.

And the marginalization of Pashtuns from the current government has nothing to do with Pashtun support for the Taliban?

                      Surely you jest.

It does not help the situation by favouring one ethnic group over the other.

If anything equality is a must in order to draw people towards the central government.

Corrupt regimes that favour the minority are doomed for the dustbin of history. Equality works.

Every pashtun ruler of Afghanistan has the blood of non-pashtuns on their hands.

Many left afghanstan under amanullah khan and settled in Lahore ,Pakistan .. I know this first hand.

Many more non-pashtuns were persecuted under Daud khan , he was very aggressively wanted to 'pashtunize' afghansitan.

Taliban ( who were mainly Pashtun ) were not the gentlest toward non-pashtuns.

Times of the past are gone, information is available much more freely now and there a lot of things people have come to know now and have realized what went on.

So your claim that all will be well under 'pashtunistan' is just an empty cliam , lastly if I’m to believe you ... you must kiss the picture of this man and accept him as the symbol of afghan resistance towards the soviets if you want the non-pashtuns to believe you.

Are you ready to do this ?

And same has to happen in Pakistan.

Just like how the Taliban took Pakistan and Saudi's recognition only to 'run' the entire nation.

There is a difference between Pukhtoon-dominated set under which they have living for few centuries, and Pukhtoon set run by 'foreign' dominance under which they have been living since few decades.

Maybe their support to Taliban led to their current situation 'by the current government'? Don't forget that the government still forms a huge number of Pukhtoons, only ignorants will deny this.

What equality are we talking about? Those set up by Abdur Rahman? Those by Nadir Khan? Zahir Shah? Or the Taliban? A non-corrupt and a 'equal' person doesn't care about minority or majority, mind you.

Wauw, what an interesting fact no Afghan was aware of! Please list every single Afghan ruler we had followed by those bloods they had on their hands?

Yups, must also be the reason why Tajiks mainly with respect name him shaheed Sardar Daud Khan?

Plus what is going on and how to fight it, which is by far ain't separation. Otherwise Latif Pedram would have been the top favorite who doesn't necessarily prefer a separation but definitely a name change to Khorasan.

I can't remember any non-Pukhtoon ever kissed the picture of Ahmad Shah Baba to convince us Pukhtoons they are loyal to this very name nation named Afghanistan as well? So why would they expect us to do the same?

You worry about your own history which is under more pressure than just struggling while not even a century of it has gone by, don't teach Afghans history and definitely not history fantasized by a Pakistani.

We in Pakistan dont 'worry' about history , we only learn from it otherwise we look towards the future only

You on the other hand mostly like to dig up skeletons of afghan genrations gone by and chew on their bones to get a feel of the glorious past ( that never was! )

That's because in order to admire your history you have to have a history, init? What did you learn so far by the way? Except the 'fact' that Pakhtunkhwa was sold by Afghanistan, Jinnah was an amazing man, Bacha Khan was a traitor and Pakistan always wanted to see Afghanistan prosper?

Just because you never had a past doesn't mean none ever had. Some people live on 'snatched' history, some have made one of their own.
