      I have a question, hindupashtuna..

You mentioned you lived under the Taliban, how was life for Hindus under the Taliban?
I know when it was time to pray, they would stop people on the streets and tell them to go to the mosque to pray. How were Hindus to react to this? Did they have tolerance for Hindus? I know Hinduism is considered "Budparasti" among these people, did they still tolerate "idol worshiping" though? (Sorry, I don't mean to be offensive when I say that)

HinduPashtun, I must thank you for starting this thread. A learner as I am about Pashtun and Afghan affairs, it was an eye opening expereince to read the issues you raised and your views and of other people on this forum.

Diversity as they say, does provide an interesting angle to all things. You have started an interesting discussion about who or what is a Pashtun and I am hoping I will learn a lot from this.

Is it possible for you to post the pictures of Afghan Hindu temples? That would be great.

^ Nopes but my parents had Sikh and Hindus as friends decades back in Nangarhar. We still are in touch with our Afghan Sikh family friends.
