There is cline starting from Afghanistan to South India. So called R1a is very common among Afghanis, Pakis and North west indians like Occupied Kashmiris and punjabis. Y-dna H1a* which is south indian tribal origin have low frequency in Afghanistan and Pakistan. But it shows even South Indian tribals were assimilated.

To get deep in to differences from Afghanistan to South India one need genetic automosal results and not Y-dna. But that only apply to east afghanis in bordering region of Pakistan. Rest of Afghanistan cline has been ****ed up by mongols and now they belong to different category in terms of genetics.

So mongol like afghani pashtun will still be pashtun but will not cluster genetically with paki pashtun without mongol ancestry. So these genetics automosal results can also be drastically changend in few generations.

why are you making stuff up? just look at your spreadsheets, the afghan pashtuns or pashtun/tajiks are more west eurasian than eastern and pakistani pashtuns. they score higher caucasian and north european/lower south indian and cluster to the west of south asians. how does that make them mongols?!

Just south/east afghani pashtuns not tajiks pishab sir. Check out pure tajik results, they score even more mongol. Only half breed tajiks/pashtuns score lower mongol but still higher then afghanis in extreme east and south.

There used to be consistant cline which now is broken thanks to Chenghez Khan. Now that cline start from Hindu Kush to South India. Before central asia used to be part of it. Reason is Pakistan region survived Mongol invasions.
