All of them 'are' Pakistanis. Some of them may just not accept the fact but they all carry a green Identity card in their pockets and they are all regarded as Pakistanis all over the world.yao warokay ghwandi baagh ao pa khwa ye seen rawan!

in all honestly though the territories in pakistan are very separate, for example KP is very different from Punjab, Punjab is very different from Sindh, interior sindh is very different from Karachi etc... what I am trying to say is that nobody is forcing their cultures on others in pakistan, while I agree because of Urdu language, pashtuns in pakistan indeed have desified a bit, but that doesn't mean they have lost their culture or language. Even the dardic people up north who are much smaller community than pashtuns have managed to keep their culture alive, even though they speak perfect urdu. Pakistan is called one country, in my opinion its not. The federations within Pakistan are very different from each otherOriginally posted by Mostafa1919 View PostWhen I read Shadibaz´s postings, I ask myself since when Pashtuns have become obsessed with being part of something that denies their Pashtun identity while hating on self-determination and freedom.

If your identity (let´s assume you have one) was respected in KPK, the official language of the state institutions and the educational language would be Pashto.
Unfortunatly it´s not.
People like you are only regarded as "good Pathans" when you get shot at the Line-of-Controle in Kashmir while trying to infiltrate India.
Those lousy Awami National Party guys who lived in exile in Kabul during the 80ies......and changed completly when the wind direction changed......I wouldn´t count on them that much.

....and to your point as what they are seen worldwide:
disfunctional and fake countries come and go.
23 years ago there was something called the "Democratic Republic of Germany DRG".
The border between the Federal Republic of Germany and the DRG was some 15 km from where I live now.
Today that border doesn´t exist.
Alot of Stasi/Ex-Communist idiots got disillusioned when the people chose to unite and erase the fake separation barriers between them.
Believe me Shadibaz,
for me you are one of those Stasi-like people who try to maintaine the current status quo by bull****ting about how cool Pakistan is, exactly the same those German
KGB-agents did with the DRG.
When the wind direction changes, I am pretty sure you will end up in a facility for mentally instable people because you won´t like what you will see......Last edited by MostafaM; 02-04-2013, 01:30 PM.The only constant is change.

Haha! So now you think I don't have an identity? According to you I will be having an identity only when I will belong to your school of thought.
So all those who live outside Afghanistan in other countries where the National language isn't Pashto don't have an identity. I've repeatedly stated here and I'm stating it here again that the constitution and institutions of Pakistan don't stop me from promoting my language and culture that's it.
Ofcourse you will only count on those who will speak of dis-integrating Pakistan. And who will come from your school of thought.yao warokay ghwandi baagh ao pa khwa ye seen rawan!

I'm here living in reality. And the reality is that I am a citizen of a state called Pakistan. I'm studying here with all my freedom living here. And so does the majority. There may be problems but just because of those problems I'm not going to hate the state I will rather hate the policies of the state and try to do my level best against those policies.
Till that DRG existed everyone was a citizen of that DRG I suppose. So unless you are successful in dis-integrating Pakistan let me live here in peace. If you're expecting the Pakhtuns of this side to speak what you're saying you certainly are living in dreams. All massive surveys will go against it. I am open here. I've repeatedly stated here to almost all members let's have a walk in Pekhawar, Mardan, Sawabi, Swat any place you like and let's have a look what the majority has to say about your ideas.
So let's live in peace at both ends of the border and do something about the core issues of Education, Poverty and Internal Security.yao warokay ghwandi baagh ao pa khwa ye seen rawan!

I am sorry that reality collides with your thoughts.
Reality is that 100% of all Baluchs, Sindhis and Kashmirs prefer to be self-ruled and that a high amount of Pashtuns want that, too.
Yes, a state that denies it´s people to learn their mother tongue, to communicate in it in state institutions and imposes a different language as the national language tries to erase an ethnic and lingual identity.
Pekhawri Pashto has become mixed up with Urdu for a reason.
In 2-3 generations Pashto will be only a language spoken at home or by older people.
I don´t expect much from Shadibazan like you. Go on with your life and BS as much as you want.
You can´t stop what people want.
Not even with stolen nuclear technology. lol
It´s ridiculous that a Pashtun glorifies a country where statues of nuclear rockets are installed in city centres because they lack history and identity while living in denial of it´s Pashtun ethnic and national identity.
Stay Paki!

It´s stupid to go after the symptoms and let the disease itself alone.
As I said, stay Paki.
I don´t care what your "majority" thinks.
You live in peace?
Last time I checked, you were persecuted good enough in Karachi....

So who do you think is ruling Pakhtunkhwa currently? A Punjabi from Lahore or a Pakhtun from Pakhtunkhwa?
Haha no the state doesn't even stop you from teaching and learning your language as a compulsory subject in the curriculum. And it doesn't imposes any other language but to interact with any other lingual group you need to have a common language that you both know. Like if you go to China and don't know Chinese than which language are you going to speak in as the other won't know the Pashto language? So in Pakistan's case it's Urdu. You don't want to interact with Non-Pakhtu speaking people it's your choice nobody is forcing you.
I'm not stopping what people want. Infact it's you who is not ready to take a walk with me on ground.yao warokay ghwandi baagh ao pa khwa ye seen rawan!

You don't care what the Pakhtun majority in KPK thinks rather you want your thoughts to be imposed!
Karachi's problems are totally political. And yes we have our problems here. But it's ours and we believe we will come to a solution.

whats your problem? If a Pashtun wants to be an Indian Muslim and wants to subvert himself to a greater Indian identity and wishes to call himself a Pakistani and mix his Pashto with Urdu, that is no concern of youOriginally posted by Mostafa1919 View PostI am sorry that reality collides with your thoughts.

I bet if you took a poll of every Pakistani Pashtun the majority of them would state proudly that theyre Pakistanis
Instead of crying like a scorned woman, you need to focus on your side
How many times did we scream Pashtunistan only for them to reject it at every turn
Our country got destroyed because we pushed for Pashtunistan and ironically, we are now on the defensive, at risk of being swallowed whole
Pashtuns east of the Durand can stay where they are. I dont seek such reunification in the present circumstances

You got me wrong here, sister.
I am not crying for Pashtunistan and "Pathans" like Shadibaz can be whatever they want. If Tonga or Papua Neuginea gives them money, they would be proud citizens of those countries.
I am talking about Pashtun identity, language, heritage and culture.
It´s up to every Pashtun no matter where he/she lives to preserve those.
Pakistan´s existence is based on breaking down identities of it´s people to unite all under one "Pakistani identity". For that they need to get rid of everything Baluch, Pashtun, Kashmir, Sindhi.....
Shadibaz is a good example.
I don´t wanna fight for Pashtunistan or for a unification with ALL Pashtuns.
I am promoting the right of self-determination of every Pashtun to unite with it´s people IF he/she wants to achieve that in a political process, nothing else.Last edited by MostafaM; 02-04-2013, 05:31 PM.The only constant is change.

Shadibaz/Monkey-Tamer,
as a compulsory subject?
See, that´s when you shoot yourself in the foot.
All subjects should be taught in your own mother tongue in a place where 98% of the people share your language and not some imposed language like Urdu.
I am sorry, my dear,
but you can´t wind like a snake everytime you open your disgusting mouth.
You are not talking with a Quide- Azzam Follower with 3 brain cells.
Take a walk with me in FATA and then we can discuss the fruitless nonsense that you talk, sam dai bachiya? The only constant is change.

Man that is sick. torkham and others what do you think of this flag?
My interpretation of this flag: The deep, maroon (blood) red embodies the martial prowess of the Pashtuns and the blood of the ghaziyan spilled for their heywad. The black is the line of hatred (Durand) that splits those of the same blood. The white circle is a look into the future, the mountains are the Pashtun stronghold, over which the sun will rise to shine on a united Pashtunistan, under the mighty Allah.
Right or wrong?

Yes as a subject means that you should learn to read, write and speak Pakhtu. All subjects aren't taught in Urdu either. To add further In Afghanistan are they teaching chemistry, physics and other science subjects in Pakhtu?
