  • do you have family in pakistan or afghanistan?

i read that the line has seperated a lot opf families but i actually never have seen a afghan pashtoon who has family in pakistan. so my question is to pashtuns in pakistan and afghanistan, do you have family on the other side?

what the hell are you talking about? a large chunk of afghan refugees live in pakistan. unless you mean to ask if we have pakistani cousins. i have a distant relative married to a pakistani girl. they are living happily in kabul with their three children

Most of my family lives in Afghanistan, but I do have quite a few relatives that live in Pakistan (Banu or something?). I don't really know them... but then again, I don't really know my relatives in Afghanistan either.

There are people today who think that admitting God’s absolute greatness decreases the value and importance of humans in the creation, as if God and mankind are rivals competing in greatness and power. Meanwhile I feel that whenever our perception of God’s greatness increases, with it we become greater, because we are the creation of a great God.

Nopes. We could have had a lot of Pakistani Pukhtoon family members and relatives, if our elders weren't stubborn enough.

A line[Durrand line] of hatred that raised a wall between the two brothers -Hamid Karzai

For generations, the Hindus of India prayed for deliverance from "the venom of the cobra, the teeth of the tiger and the vengeance of the Afghan."

The men of Kábul and Khilj also went home; and whenever they were questioned about the Musulmáns of the Kohistán (the mountains), and how matters stood there, they said, "Don't call it Kohistán, but Afghánistán; for there is nothing there but Afgháns and disturbances." Thus it is clear that for this reason the people of the country call their home in their own language Afghánistán, and themselves Afgháns. The people of India call them Patán; but the reason for this is not known. But it occurs to me, that when, under the rule of Muhammadan sovereigns, Musulmáns first came to the city of Patná, and dwelt there, the people of India (for that reason) called them Patáns—but God knows!

Where from paktia ?there are several districts and some major tribes.

                              -Ahmadzai
                              -Zazai
                              -Mangal
                              -Zadran

most people belong to one of these 4 tribes who are from paktia, there are some small clans but not much known.
