Their highest component is still (south asian) at 38%, meaning their earliest ancestors must be south asian, but they have 34% west asian also which is basically north middle eastern.
All this clearly shows the waves of different people that came from middle east/europe towards south asia. Kalash are a result of the mix
Pashtun percentages are probably not that different from Kalash because they roughly live in the same region, I will post it once Polako post's the numbers
Cave lions
Chauvet Cave, in the Ardèche valley of Southern France, holds an extraordinary number of Paleolithic paintings of Panthera atrox dating from 35,000 years ago. Cave lions were larger than Siberian tigers and once ranged from Los Angeles to Alaska and from Siberia to Western Europe.
While some of the Chauvet lion drawings are crude and schematic, most are remarkably lifelike and naturalistic.
One drawing portrays a social interaction where a dominant individual stands next to a snarling subordinate.

Another drawing illustrates a courting pair with the male lowering his head and herding the female.

A third drawing shows a bison watching two sitting lions.

The Chauvet Cave is one of the most famous prehistoric rock art sites in the world. Located in the Ardeche region of southern France, along the bank of the river Ardeche near the Pont-d'Arc, this cave was only discovered as recently as 1994, happened upon by a small team of cavers led by Jean-Marie Chauvet. Chauvet Cave's importance is based on two factors: firstly, the aesthetic quality of these Palaeolithic cave paintings, and secondly, their great age. With one exception, all of the cave art paintings have been dated between 30,000 & 33,000 years ago.
The South Asian component (peoples) share dna from the Aryan migration from Afghanistan-Eura Asia down to India . During the last Ice age people moved south into warmer regions as the animals they hunted diminished from due to climate warming. The paintings of lions in France all the way to America all died out due to climate change.
There is a verse in the koran regarding cave paintings.
Surrah Kahf-the cave 18:9
9. Or dost thou reflect that the Companions of the Cave and of the Inscription were wonders among Our Sign?Quod Erat Demonstrandum

Not necessarily, but considering the Aryan Migration theory they did migrated into this region during the time of the Nooristan people the first in Afghanistan. Hence when Alexander saw their culture and lifestyle thousands of miles apart eating, chairs, architecture no coincidence.Originally posted by Kushan Prince View PostAren't the kalash basically leftovers of Alexander's army?Quod Erat Demonstrandum

Hindus hired Alinas (nooristan) their warriors since you give you bottom feeder.
Rigveda 7.18.7
Together came the Pakthas, the Bhalanas, the Alinas, the Sivas, the Visanins. Yet to the Trtsus came the Ārya's Comrade, through love of spoil and heroes' war, to lead them
Nooristan shared traditions, obviously being thousands of miles apart of thousands of years your dna will change Assyrian?
.
Qamar et al. (2002) found that even though "no support for a Greek origin of their Y chromosomes was found" in the Kalash, Greek y-chromosome admixture could be as high as 20% to 40%. Considering the apparent absence of haplogroup 21 in the local population, one of the possibilities suggested was because of genetic drift On the basis of Y chromosome allele frequency, some researchers describe the exact Greek contribution to Kalash as unclear.
