Yes, if people from their own ethnicity rebuild themselves, then work with their neighbors, the nations can turn into states/provinces.

No, is they still keep the mind state that they are in.
This can very easily happen, the problem is that outside interference has prevented it from happening. You had the British plant seeds of Pan Arabism(saddam was a product of this) in the middle east to prevent pan Islamism from taking hold. You had the partition of India(which was regarded as the best asset of the british empire) which was also to prevent a future pan islamic federation from taking hold the most populous country in the world.

Even the soviet union worked hard to prevent his from happening.

Islam in the Soviet Union - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
Since the early 1920s, the Soviet regime, fearful of a pan-Islamic movement[citation needed], sought to divide Soviet Muslims into smaller, separate entities[citation needed]. This separation was accomplished by creating six separate Muslim republics and by fostering the development of a separate culture and language in each of them[citation needed

Jamulddin al Afghan was a champion of this idea. When he went to Arabland, the british labeled him a shia and instead promoted the idea of Pan arabism.

If left alone, pan Islamism would naturally happen because it would benefit and elevate the societies that today are neglected and suppressed.

I thought so, this is only way. Your against NATO, do you think the Taliban will progress Afghanistan?
my beloved parsiwaans? so they arent your beloved because you didnt progress?your problem is you are intentionally or unintetionally promoting the very thing we afghans deem the problem.

So you think by isolating yourself without means and resources you will somehow get "advanced"?

the way you are portraying pashtuns is called margenalising you are also overexagerating the situation between "parsiwaans" and Pashtuns.Matter of fact they dont liek to be called parsiwaan but Afghan. Those Parsiwaans who are anti Pashtun are the guy who's picture ive just posted and you vote into his favour.

In LOY AFGHANISTAN all the languages and cultures will be preserved like a model of "EU" union.

A non pashtun from afghanistan has no where to go. Tajikistan dont want to accept afghan tajiks and uzbekistan dont want to accept afghan uzbeks. Iran dont want hazaras, they are kicking them out as we speak. Also they can not unite under one banner, they have historically hated each other and always bickered against each other. Tajikistan had its civil war and it blames it on afghan Tajiks. Uzbekistan had its armed struggle, again it blames it on Afghanistan. They don't want trouble and instability on their soil.

The majority of KP pashtuns today do not want to join Loy afghanistan unless their is an economic incentive for them. Their is friction in KP between poor rural pashtuns and urban elite pashtuns. The latter group is extremely pro Pakistan and they will do everything in their power to keep Pakistan intact. throughout Pakistans history and before, they have done everything in their power to depress pashto literature because it is language literature that inspires true nationalistic movements. Today we are seeing a rebirth of pashto literature in KP and through this rebirth of pashto literature people will slowly be inspired for something better for their people.
Afghanistan(pashtun and no pashtun people) will always be inclined to accept KP pashtuns because their is an economic benefit to them. They will have access to the indian ocean which afghanistan( both pashtun and non pashtun) have been striving for for over 100 years.
The question that should be asked is "is their an economic incentive for KP pashtuns to join Loy afghanistan" The possibility is there. There is huge amounts of natural resources in afghanistan and central asia that need to be brought to the open market. You can only do it through afghanistan.

Loy afghanistan can never die unless you somehow magically make the natural resources in afghanistan and central asia disappear. Remember in 1990, the CIA gave a report to the US congressional committee that the Soviet Unions economy is stronger than ever, and then the next year it collapsed.
When I say Loy Afghanistan is dead, Im not speaking on Pakhtun unification, which is my dearest dream. I speaking on the concept that Lar Pakhtuns are going to join the existing nation state of Afghanistan.

        Theres a reason it failed.

Considering how even more dormant Pakhtun nationalism is in Pakistan, and considering how empowered non Pakhtuns are in Afghanistan, it is dead, signed sealed and delivered.

        khalas.

I accept that there may be a groundwork for Pakhtun unification, of course. But there is no way the Northerners will EVER accept such a scheme of Pakhtun unity at their expense

Where will they go....of course Tajikistan, Uzbekistan, Iran etc will not annex those areas. I dont think so. But they will create their own state which will naturally be ripped apart by infighting.

        I dont care.

At best, we work with them at a supra national level, same with South Asia, Central Asia and Iran

What a bleek view and totally inaccurate.
this north south "emnity" story is just a bogues.
that type of view exists in the heads of those opportunist warlords, racists politicians people who promote "the if we pull out there will be civil war" people who dont represent any ethnicities of Afghanistan.

People all over Afghanistan call themselves Afghans and they are patriotic and they certainly dont identify with the whitewashed versions of them in tajikistan uzbekistan etcstan. We should inspire them to have good relationships with those countries for the benefit of LOY AFGHANISTAN.

You have exaggerated a lot about minorities role.

One thing about your avatar. Bacha khan too was against the unification of the people of Southern Pakhtunkhwa, (the 13 Pashtun districts now in Balochistan after the abolition of One unit) with that of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, he would call them Baloch.

The elevation of non pashtuns in afghanistan is artificial. They are only elevated because NATO forces are on the ground preventing their collapse. Tajiks, Uzbek and Hazaras have never in history even brought up the idea of succeeding from afghanistan because they know they are better off with afghanistan, if they had a better choice than they would take it, but there is none.
The breakup of pakistan is more feasable than the breakup of afghanistan. Afghanistan is way more interconnected and interdependent socially and economically, Pakistan is not that interconnected. The only reason it has not collapsed as of yet is because of the welfare it gets from the west.

Ask this question. If Pakistan had the same experience as Afghanistan had in the past 30 years, would Pakistan still be intact. Afghansitan has stayed intact even through all this bloodshed and collapse of government. Afghanistan has gone through the test and has stayed intact, there are many countries that have gone through the test and fell apart.

those that speak against it dont know anything, they are ignorant. A bigger union will benefit them and us economically.
Who cares if the ignorant ones accept it or not. The only reasons they are not subservient today is because again NATO forces are giving them a pat on the back for being subservient to them.

My respect and admiration for Pacha Khan does not extend to every policy or decision or opinion hes had but his legacy, what he stood for and how he carried himself

I have not exaggerated anything about the minorities. The days of Wazir and Mehsud tribesman ransacking the Shamal are over

The sooner us Pakhtuns abandon our hegemonic fantasies the better prepared we are to deal with our own issues
