tough questions,i dont think many of our Kunari people even know these names.
In Kunar reside subtribes from different main tribes.
Safi are linked to Afridis and they come from karlanri main tribe.
Mamunds are from Main tribe Tarkani.

but again i must ask The Elders for more info.

why is the internal politics and tribal arrangements of kunar such a topic of interest for you...
