ok since we are derailed from the subject and took on this subject
let me tell you that you have no right on gaza and right now you have put a choke hold on Gazan people.
God gave this land to Moses(pbuh) becaus ehe was a muslims not a jew ,such thing didnt even exist back than.but there were always these golden calf worshippers who are in the background corrupting the massege of Moses(pbuh).you think God is on your side when you go full thrust attacking Gaza who are in no position to defend themselves.
and than you try to justify it by saying ridicolous things such as there was a hamas fighter under the table in the school.

the land of israel has been under muslim rule far longer than it has under jewish rule. under muslim rule the land was pure and holy, under jewish rule there are gay parades and strip clubs. jews have reestablished sodom and gomorrah. you taint an otherwise pure land.
Now that the Jewish/Israelite Sabbath has ended here in Israel I can answer you.

First the Arabs do not treat the land as "holy" and even defame places they claim is holy like the Temple Mount (where now stands Al Aqsa), as you can see here Arab children playing football on the holy place with out any regard. Would a Muslim play soccer on the Qaba in Mecca??? Goes to show how much they care about "holy places". An I already told you many of us religious Jews are working very hard to change the situation here in Israel.

Here is a timeline of who had control of the land and events over the last 2,000 years since the downfall of Judea, Jerusalem in 69 CE until today

69 CE Jerusalem falls, 1 million Jews killed and Temple destroyed
132 CE Jews again revolt against Rome under the leadership of Bar Kochva, Jerusalem liberated, construction of Temple begins
135 CE After 3 short years of liberation, Rome crushes the revolt, 10s of thousands of Jews slaughtered in Jerusalem and Beter
313-636 CE The Christian Byzantine Empire takes over the Land of Israel and it becomes a predominantly Christian country. Jews are banned from Jerusalem, with the exception of one day a year the date of the destruction of Jerusalem 9 of Av.
636-1099 The Muslim Arab rule over the land, they nearly tax the Jewish community to death, many Jews leave.
1099-1291 Bloody crusader period, 200 years of death and destruction by various Christian and Muslim armies
1291-1516 Mamluk period, Israel during this period is more or less a forgotten wast land, the only constructive or destructive thing the Mamluks did was destroy all the ports, they were afraid of another crusade
      1517-1917 The Ottoman ruled Israel
1917 -1947 The British rule the land and name it Palestine.
1947 - UN passes partition plan to divide the land of Israel into separate Jewish and Arabs states; Jews accept the proposal and the Arabs reject the proposal.
1948 - The State of Israel is Reborn after 1,879 years, Israel is attacked by 8 Arab nations including Egypt, Syria, Jordan, Lebanon, Saudi Arabia, Iraq, Yemen and Sudan and survives
;1949 Arab countries around the Mid East expel 900,000 Jews in a temper tantrum after losing the war; Israel takes in 600,000. Israels first Prime Minister Ben Gurion joked that the Arabs were the greatest Zionist by helping to double the Jewish population in Israel (there were only 600,000 Jews living in Israel before the re-independence)
1956 Egypt blocks water passage into Eilat (Israels southern port), which was a legal act of war. Israel invades the Sinai to end the blockade and then retreats.
1963 Palestinian Liberation Organization under Yassir Arafat is created
1967 Egypt, Jordan, Syria and Iraq declare war on Israel; Israel attacks first and liberates Jerusalem and the Temple Mount, Judea and Samaria (West Bank), Gaza and the Golan Heights and conquers the Sinai Peninsula (notice I used the word liberated for everything, but the Sinai because it is all ours historically and religiously accept for the Sinai)
1970 Palestinian Liberation Organization tries to overthrow the King of Jordan; King of Jordan retaliates by slaughtering thousands of Arabs belonging to the PLO and drives them out of Jordan.
1973 Egypt, Jordan and Syria invade Israel on Yom Kippur the holiest Jewish day of the year; Israel survives
1979 In a effort to make peace with Egypt Israel relinquishes the Sinai Peninsula
1982 In a effort to stop daily shelling attacks from Lebanon, Israel invades Lebanon
      1988 The first Intifada, begins
1993 Israel and PLO sign a "peace agreement", Israel begins to relinquish liberated cities in Judea and Samaria as part of the peace deal; Israel also helps build Palestinian infrastructure and police force
1994-1997 PLO reneges on deal and launches numerous terror attacks, leaving hundreds of Israelis dead and thousands wounded
1997 Israel signs second "peace deal" with the PLO giving away more land, releasing more terrorists and arming the PLO
1997-2000 PLO launches another wave of terror attacks leaving even more Jews dead and wounded
2000 - Israel and the PLO head to Camp David to try to make yet another peace deal, but this one was intended to create a Arab (Palestinian) State in East Jerusalem and Judea and Samaria. Israel offered the PLO up to 95% of the land they demanded for a State and the golden prize the Temple Mount and part of the old city. Amazingly the PLO rejected and instead launched the second Intifada
In October of 2000 on the eve of Rosh Hashana, the second Intifada begins with a mass stoning against Jews coming to pray at the Western Wall of the Temple Mount. The riots spread, and the years following would result in numerous terror attacks that would leave thousands of Jews dead and tens of thousands wounded.
2002 After 2 years of riots and non stop terror attacks, Israel launches a mass invasion into Palestinian areas to put down the Intifada. It is more or less successful
2002-2005 Arabs open a new front launching hundreds of rockets into Israel from Gaza, many Israelis are wounded and killed
2005 Israel in a new effort to make peace, expels, 11,000 Jews from their homes in Gaza
2005-2008 Palestinians in Gaza launch about 11,000 rockets into Israel from Gaza
2006 - Lebanon attacks Israel with thousand of rockets, Israel responds with force fighting lasts for 3 weeks
2008 Israel responds to the rocket attacks with serious invasion into Gaza, fighting lasts for about 3 weeks

Both are not possible, both the one state solution and the two state. We want one true Jewish State (preferably Israelite State with all 13 tribes back together), we want to live under our own laws and ways. The Muslims today have 22 states, they do not need another one. As has been mentioned and is 100% correct we here in Israel must reach a higher spiritual level and remove the impurity from the land, but we need a chance to do it and if we have a bi-national state that will not help us achieve this goal.

The two state solution is also impossible for two reasons. It is very clear that the goal of the palestinians is to drive the Jews out of all the land completely and the creation of a palestinian state in Judea and Samaria (West Bank) will put all major Israeli cities into range for rocket fire by palestinian militias. The second reason is spiritual, the Torah forbids handing the Land of Israel over to non-Jewish rule. The Torah is very clear on this point!

Jews ignored their prophets when they were alive, and know you think your listening to them thousands of years later.

I went off topic?I was dragged into this.

Anyways I did not know two wrongs made a right. Just because we sinned and did not listen to the prophets then, should mean that we should continue to ignore their message now?

Yes our forefathers sinned, now we must repent.

Would you allow another religion to come into your land and tell you how to live? Its not racist to want to keep your own country in tact its common sense. I never said Muslims or Chrisitans could not live in Israel, i said they cannot control the Land.

Repenting How so? By acting like the Assyrians? You pretty much invaded those lands and throw the inhabitants into refugee camps. That doesn't look like repenting, but more like ignoring the prophets once again.

To go back on topic, can you show me where in the torah does it say that the Hebrews must return to Israel?

Also punish people who also pray to the God of Abraham? (going off topic again, I apologize)

Before I begin to quote verses from the Torah, we first have to go over some facts.

After the overwhelming amount Jews were driven from the land by Rome in 67 CE a small amount did remain and after another attempt by Bar Kochva to regain control of the land in 132, the land would change hands about 6 times Byzantine, Muslims, Mamluk,Crusader period back and forth, Ottoman and British. Small Jewish communities stayed primarily in Jerusalem, Hebron, Sfat and Tiberias.

Second we have to get ride of this myth that the and was filled with non-Jews. The land was more or less empty until masses of Jews came back in the late 1800s and early 1900s.

AN INTERIM REPORT ON THE CIVIL ADMINISTRATION OF PALESTINE, during the period 1st JULY, 1920--30th JUNE, 1921.

There are now in the whole of Palestine hardly 700,000 people, a population much less than that of the province of Gallilee alone in the time of Christ.* (*See Sir George Adam Smith "Historical Geography of the Holy Land", Chap. 20.) Of these 235,000 live in the larger towns, 465,000 in the smaller towns and villages. Four-fifths of the whole population are Moslems. A small proportion of these are Bedouin Arabs; the remainder, although they speak Arabic and are termed Arabs, are largely of mixed race. Some 77,000 of the population are Christians, in large majority belonging to the Orthodox Church, and speaking Arabic. The minority are members of the Latin or of the Uniate Greek Catholic Church, or--a small number--are Protestants.

The Jewish element of the population numbers 76,000. Almost all have entered Palestine during the last 40 years.

Wow so the British who were controlling the land at the time spoke about the small amount of people living there and remember when they said "Palestine" they meant the entire British Mandate that covered what is today Israel and Jordan, so 700,000 is NOT A LOT OF PEOPLE FOR THAT ENTIRE AREA.

The majority of Arabs started to come in after the Jews began to rejuvenate both the land and the economy.

Here is a picture of Josephs Tombs in Shechem (Nabus) 1894, only a handful of Arabs lived in the area mainly tents, you see all the hills are empty

Here is a picture from today, with over 120,000 living in Shechem (Nablus)

So they are mainly here en-mass because the Jews came back.

                          now for a few verses:

Chronicles - 16:15-18 states: "Forever remember His covenant that he commanded forever; That He made with Abraham and swore to Isaac; and confirmed to Jacob, a decree for Israel, as an eternal covenant; saying to You I will give the Land of Cannan (Israel) as your allotted heritage". The national command on the Jews to settle and conquer the Land of Israel is repeated at least 10 times in Deuteronomy. One of the greatest deciders of Jewish Law, Rabbi Moshe Ben Nachman (Ramban) wrote "We are commanded to posses the land that the almighty God gave to our forefathers… and not to leave it in the hands of other nations or in desolation, as it says, 'posses the land and live in it' (Numbers, 33:53) …we may never leave the land in the hand of other nations in any generation."

“Now therefore, hearken O Israel, to the statutes and to the judgments which I teach you to do them, that you may live and go in and possess the Land which the L-rd G-d of your fathers gives you (Devarim, 4:1).

“Behold, I have taught you statutes and judgments, even as the L-rd my G-d commanded me, that you should act accordingly in the Land whither you go in to possess” (Devarim, 4:5).

“And the L-rd commanded me at that time to teach you statutes and judgments, that you might do them in the Land into which you go over to possess (Devarim, 4:14).

“Thou shall keep therefore His statutes and His commandments which I command thee this day, that it may go well with thee, and with thy children after thee, and that thou may prolong thy days upon the Land which the L-rd thy G-d gives thee, forever” (Devarim, 4:40).

“I will speak to thee all of the commandments and the statutes and the judgments, which thou shall teach them, that they may do them in the Land which I gave them to possess” (Devarim, 5:27).

“You shall walk in all the ways which the L-rd your G-d has commanded you, that you may live, and that it be well with you, and that you may prolong your days in the Land which you shall possess (Devarim, 5:30).

“Now this is the commandment, the statutes and the judgments, which the L-rd your G-d commanded to teach you, that you might do them in the Land into which you go to possess it (Devarim, 6:1).

“Hear therefore, O Israel, and take care to do it, that it may be well with thee, and that you may increase mightily, as the L-rd G-d of thy fathers has promised thee, in that Land that flows with milk and honey” (Devarim, 6:3).

“All the commandments which I command thee this day shall you observe to do, that you may live and multiply, and go in and possess the Land which the L-rd swore to your fathers (Devarim, 8:1).

“Therefore shall you keep all the commandments which I command you this day, that you may be strong, and go in and possess the Land, into which you go to possess it; that you may prolong your days in the Land, which the L-rd swore to your fathers to give to them, a Land flowing with milk and honey” (Devarim, 11:8)

                          From Issiah ch. 36

                          5. Therefore, so said the Lord God: Surely with the fire of My anger I spoke about the remnant of the nations and about Edom in its entirety, who appointed My land for themselves as an inheritance with the joy of every heart, with disdain of soul, because her expulsion was for plunder.

                          6. Therefore, prophesy concerning the soil of Israel, and say to the mountains and to the hills, to the streams and to the valleys, So said the Lord God: Behold I have spoken with My anger and with My fury because you have borne the disgrace of the nations.
                          7. Therefore, so said the Lord God: I have raised My hand; surely the nations that are around you-they will bear their disgrace.
                          8. And you, the mountains of Israel, will produce your branches, and you will bear your fruit for My people Israel because they are about to come.
                          9. For behold I am for you, and I shall turn to you, and you will be tilled and sown.
                          10. And I shall multiply men upon you, the whole house of Israel in its entirety, and the cities will be settled, and the ruins will be built up.
                          11. And I shall multiply upon you man and beast, and they will be fruitful and multiply, and I shall settle you as in your early days, and I shall make you better than your beginnings, and you will know that I am the Lord.
                          12. And I shall cause man to walk upon you, My people Israel, and they will inherit you, and you will be to them for an inheritance, and you will no longer continue to be bereaved of them.

I write to you from Israel and I hear rumors that we might be brothers. I have read much material, heard interviews from witnesses, Jews who used to live in Afgahnistan that the Pashtun seem to share many laws and ways that we Jews hold.

I hear that you keep the Sabbath (on Saturday), that you do circumcision on the eighth day and that you will not eat meat slaughtered by Muslims, but you will eat meat slaughtered by yourselves or Jews in accordance with the law of Moses. In addition I understand you even have fringes on the four corners of your garments and will swear in the name of Moses when accused of a crime.

It seems if this is true that we are brothers, and you were exiled from Israel 2600 years ago by the evil king Sancherev.

Please let me know if there is any validity to these rumors.

                              Thank you
                              Not this stuff again.

Some people are trying very hard to make a connection between Israeli Jews and Pashtuns.

There are cultural connections between every group of people. That's because people were conquered or just took the language of their overlords.

The Pashtuns are not descendants of Semites. A lot of Israeli Jews are not also.

Who helped the Jews go to Palestine? It wasn't the Jews by themselves. They had helped by the Gentile British, and know receive money and aid from the even more gentile United States. The versus you provide doesn't mention receiving help from Gentiles to get back Hebrew land. And your going against the Lord and the prophets once again.
