Nishtar Hall currently is mostly being used for political get togethers and due to its high rates only political parties or NGO's are conducting their seminars , meetings,exhibitions there. If any one of you have ever seen it, s/he should know that gone are the days when it was being used for cultural shows of Mirawas , theatrical shows related to Pakhtun culture and its issues and Pashto folk music. We do not have that luxury any more due to 5 years long MMA regime.

I have the same views for your deeni madrassas running in Pakistan where there are a lot of ghat kheetee mullahs hanging around and are involved in child sex....There were 2000 cases of alleged child sex abuse in these so called madrassas during the year 2003...These mullahs brainwash little kids and prepare them for suicide attacks.....

You may post the video however exceptions prove the rule. Individual events or indecent acts do not prove that an institution should be banned. Most madrasas are used for child abuse, even mosques and even outside haram kaaba you have all types of businesses going on but based on these individual events I am sure you will not ban your pilgrimage. Will you? Almost every institution in human history has been exploited and misused but it does not prove that the institution should be abolished.

There is nothing wrong in studying Quran or any other book whether it is revered or not however I am sure that in Mardan ,Swabi ,Charsadda or Badhber when you will listen to Mullah Abdus Salam or his likes you will not learn anything useful except wasting your time. Instead of teaching these poor talibs something about Modern state, Govt, Constitution, International Relations, Public Admin , Research methodology etc so their concept about life and universe ,civil society and human rights etc get a new dimension you are deperate to waste your time which could otherwise be invested in the future of your own people.

You can read their obsolete explanations related to medieval ages in the form of some audio or video at home instead of wasting your time. I had a written conversation with one such "alim" and asked him questions like what are the socio-politico-economic interpretations of Tawheed in the contemporary age and what means of capital creation do you suggest in light of "quran and sunnah" for a third world economy like Af-Pak and about other issues of our age and they did not even understand the questions and started talking about Fatawa Alamgiri etc compiled during Mughal regime of Aurangzeb Alamgir - the idiot who instead of welcoming the revolution of the Press was probably engrossed in compiling fatwas based on theoretical scenarios but was ever ready to send forces to fight Pashtuns so that his empire could be strengthened.

Even moderate Pashtuns will not accept dirty dancing and shaking of the body here and there. If anyone participates in this dirty shakefest (lol) I can surely say they are not Pashtun, and have lost their way, and can not get back on track because it is too late.
