Are most non-Pashtun Afghans pro-Pakistani and support the Durrand Line?

From what I have seen, both the Pashtuns and non Pashtuns hate Pakistan/Punjabis with a passion. The reasons for hate differ tho. However when it comes to the Durand line issue, it is the Pashtun who is not willing to support this frontier.

Stop making stuff up you ghool, Pashtuns from Afghanistan are NOT pro-pakistan. When the pak army crossed into eastern afghanistan in the summer, last year killing tons of afghan service men, they're were protests against Pakistan by Pashtuns in Jalalabad with them burning the paki flag and stomping on it. I didn't hear of such protests by tajiks or uzbeks.

Also the "Loy Afghanistan" movement was founded by Pashtuns in Afghanistan.

paki governments of past and present have financially supported pashtun groups and are under the impression that pashtuns are pro pakistan while other groups are anti pakistan. as with the taliban regime, they confuse isolated groups who are in dire need of support and access to the outside world with being "pro pakistan." pakistan only supports the taliban because they believe that if they are in power again, the world will demonize them like in the past and the taliban will be entirely dependent on pakistan out of necessity.

I would say that Afghan Pashtuns hate Pakistan even more than the TajiksUzbeksHazaras.

I met many tajiks,uzbiks and azaras.Most of them do not want loy afghanistan..They are scared of pashtun unity and numbers.
Since the creation of afghanistan the farsiwans successfully spread their culture and impose their language on rulling class pashtuns.
Many educated and rich pashtuns no longer speak pashtu .
They mixed up with tajiks .Thats one of the reason pashtun papulation decreased.
The tajiks are very clever and smart people.
They do not learn pashtu.

You can talk to them day and night in pashtu but they will respond in parsi .
They prefer urdu but not pashtu.
Pashtuns ruled for more then 250 years but could,nt help their language.
In fact they spread parsiwanization .

Non- pashtun of afghanistan want durandline to become permanant border.So they support pakistan,s agenda.

The durandline dose ,nt affect them cus they are doing business with iran,uzbikistan and tajikistan.
They build up roads and even railway line to uzbikistan .
If durand was ever recognise the afghan -pashtuns will be more affected and people living in border areas of both side.

Dr abdullah is in contact with pakistani agencies and it seems to me that he will sign the durand.Finally abdullah will be killed .

All of the above many afghan-pashtuns also work for isi so it is a beg miss to clean.

I've spoken to some Tajiks and other non-pashtun Afghans such as Uzbeks both irl and online and they opposed the reunification A'stan and KPK; they're afraid of becoming a minority and being ruled by Pashtuns so they would rather have a Turkestan/Khorasan/Loy-Tajikistan and personally as a native Abbotabadi, i don't want my native lands of Hazara and Mansehra merging with Afghanistan, and the Lar Pashtuns can decide for themselves.

actually, it's not really Pakistan, it's been a historical problems among pashtuns

Pashtuns have been divided between different factions. Their own tribe or other nations, its been going on. If Pakistan was gone over night , then Pashtuns would side with India, Turks & Tajiks , or Balochistan, or Iran against other Pashtuns who have other loyalties , eliminating Pakistan probably doesn't make a legit different. THe problem is divided loyalties !

Just throw Khushal Khan Khattak's 1600 AD dream of Afghanistan. he's an Allama Iqbal for Pashtuns especially Khushal made it clear to reserve the word Afghan for only Pashtuns... no William Wallace type of character -.- ..............



remember in 1600's, Khushal Khan Khattak was upset about several Yusufzai Pashtuns siding with the Mughal Empire.

it's no different, the hate continues today, instead of the Mughal Empire, it's Pakistan and Pashtuns are siding with Pakistan againts other Pashtuns.....

But it doesn't have to be Pakistan. We still have to keep in mind the feud between Ghilzai and Abdali Pashtuns, that too doesn't necessarily involve Pakistan and is a legit feud in Pashtun society.....

Tajiks, Uzbeks, Hazaras hate pakistan because of the Taliban and etc. but not as much as Afghan Pashtuns cause the Durand line actually helps them a bit.
