If you are a Muslim, You should have no problem with it.
Since I have a problem with it, I guess that makes me a non-muslim? You should really consider reassessing your labelling of who is Muslim and who is not. It is not in your right to label other people's belief. Keep your judgements to yourself. You're more than welcomed to share your opinion but refrain from defining who or what is muslim, its quiet ignorant.

Every pushtoon here has extended family issues. By marrying within family, all you are doing is creating more family politics. Most pushtoon families have unnecessary family conflicts created due to marrying within the family. Think about the socio-political impact, leave religion out of it.

As some people have mentioned..many of the families from south asia dont want to give their children away to other families due to them being unknown and as my family keep on saying you dont know if they are bad or good etc. But i am against this sort of thinking this is the sort that keeps us backwards and we can never move on. Unfortunately my family backhome are stuck in this family system forever and i fear for my cousins childrens as some genetic defects are already appearing within some of us like athsma, hearing problems and more likely to have health problems.

Another main reason is that families backhome want to get their children over to the west so their children can have a better life and to be honest i dont blame them...I'm already a set target by some of my dads brothers and sisters but i am totally against this as i consider my cousins as my brothers and sisters..its just not right..

Marrying within your family keeps family close, but outside the family its a different story then.

its good I think,I mean if your sister marries outside the family then you can't really viste her often and you will be bringing stragers to your house.

My main problem of family marriage is when first cousins marry..its just too close kana, if its second cousins and further then its much better and i wouldnt mind that myself.
