That is not a fantasy. They came to Pashtunkhwa as it was an area where the people were from the same nation as they were. Do you think that many would have shifted and were going to be settled in that easily had it been another group of people? No, credere you are fooling yourself.

The flow of refugees downcountry during the Malakand War last year completely exposed the country's ethnic division.

Those that were forced into the camps were kept in Pakhtunkhwa - the rest of Pakistan didn't want a flow of refugees in their provinces. Panjab was complicit in keeping Pashtoons out and this was especially true of Sindh even where a large transplant community of Pashtoons reside. Ethno-centric groups like the MQM started an aggressive campaign to keep more Pashtoons out of Karachi by claiming that incoming refugees were escapee Taliban.

The majority of the Malakand displaced took refuge with family and barely appeared on the official statistics. It was acts like this that saved face.

Actually i have asked the question from kids in the west who learn pashtun things from internet but have not so much exposure to actual pashtun society in pakistan or afghanistan. These kids learn about pashtuns from trash pashtun forums which preach hateful stuff and lies.
The members in these trash forums lie to kids are that every pashtun in NWFP is anti-pakistani (which is not in actual) so they show surprize when they meet guys like me.

my dear there is no diffirence between the poor pashtun kids are educated in primary school either from internet. those poor pashtun kids have no idea about their own history which is thousands of years old, but they are forced to memorise the lie about the establishment of paskitan and so call panjabi heroes. those pashtun kids have no idea who Ahmad shah baba or sher shah suri were? these kids are growing up in the heartland of pashtun pashtunkhwa. then my dear you might know well enough about that who are the role model of a young pashtun? the pashtun parents are trying to correct their childrens urdu accent, will all their lives learing urdu, but a panjabi will work on his kid's english.
no one should be blamed for spreading lie about pashtun on the internet, think about yourself and your young ones how much do you know about pashtun and pashto.

if pakistan governament announces that all pashtuns of afghanistan are allowed to live in pakistan as their citizens, believe me all afghans will migrate to pakistan.

again the same story . have you ever asked yourself when taliban were slaughtering and pakistan was bombing pashtuns in swat, where did they go? were they allowed in panjab or sindh? if they were how were they treated? did you ever see a young pashtun been taken off the plane who will go in search of better life outa their land? for what reasons?

you may be wrong "Son of mountains and Jodigul"....Afghan pukhtoon are brave and hardworking people but unfortunately they couldn't flourish to their best bcoz their country was made a war zone by the neighbouring countries in which Pakistan is on the top........ and still ISI train & send people for the so called jihad to Afghanistan and thus destroying peace....u said afghan pukhtoons spread negativity...no dear they did not......as long as they remained in Peshawar and other **** areas they just worked hard to lead a proprous life...and never involved in anti pak activities.....yea ISI trained the simple minded Pukhtoons for terrorist activities across the border ......but as Rehman Baba says:
کوهي مۀ کنه د بل سړي په لار کښې
چرې ستا به د کوهي په غاړه لار شي
and today they have the same problem inside the country.
Also study the Book "From Muhajir to Mujahid" by Dr.Fazl-e-Rahim Marwat..
that shows the reality.......

But these socalled net based faki pashutns are just contemptible opportunists and their aim is to receive more and more money and concessions from Punjab. We all know these parasite net-based Fakistani Pashtuns . They are even more dangerous for Punjab than these simple and gullible Talibans.
