I think men should pay some money to the bride which is within Islamic boundries. But the Pashtun practice of selling daughters is just sick and disturbing.

I have a friend who married a girl for whom he paid lots of money. After they were married, the man was down 50.000 euro's.

Most sickening thing is, the girl was from a "roshan feker" communist/nationalist family. They robbed the poor guy.

And his wife turned out to be a shishaka!

I will never buy a woman. For two reasons: I don't have any money. And even if I did have the money, I would rather be single all my life than buy a person to be my wife.

How can a Communist be a Nationalist?

Communism beleives in Unity of all Nations under internationalism while Nationalism totally contradicts the basic values of communism, ive met communists who oppose nationalism and nationalists very strongly.

Have you got some Obcession with associating ones character with their Political Ideology or views? Wheater its blaiming Sufis and Shias for Afghanistans state to Nationalists and Communists, whats going to be Next?

You seem to avoid realistic problems such as Suicide bombers, extortion and brainwashing under the name of Islam.

I have noticed, you seem to avoid such issues, since you enjoy posting threads asking members if Pashtuns are stupid but on the hand you promote Saudi Propaghanda which has destroyed the Pashtun land, Talk about Stupidity.

Its amazing to see that most of the members think walwar is good.
Why should we think of selling our sisters or daughters?

some yrs back this girl was brought to our village in ghazni whoz father charged the groom's family $ 8000 cash.
So the girl comes to home and 2nd day of marriage she was beaten to death .
when her father came to ask about the reason of beating, the groom got offended and said: I bought her from you, you have no right over her anymore.
Its my will to beat her, love her, kill her or watever i want to.. go away!
Amazing thing is that The elders of jarga or village agreed with groom too

^ Exactly. What's the use of being loved by your in-laws only because they spent so much on you, but not for the person that you are? And we must not forget that in Afghanistan the more you make your in-laws spent on you, the more trouble you will face in the future. Those parents who refuse walwar at least got the right to stand up for their daughter's rights with head held high and even if for whatever reason their daughter is being killed, they can fight for justice without being ashamed of themselves or their deeds. Like the story you just told us, in such cases the girl's parents should be much more ashamed of themselves than the groom's family because if the father had even a little bit of ghairat left in him then he would at least have beaten his son-in-law into coma.
