I agree. I don't know a short Yama.Originally posted by Laila View PostYeah Yama is a nice name. It means like 'Lord.' Every Yama i know, is tall
I'm not in love with that many girl names. Just a couple. I know its not an Afghan name, but I love love love the name Bilal for some reason. I was deprived of a middle name, so I'm definitely going to give my kids middle names. Lots of middle names, to the point that they'll hate me for giving them 5 middle names. jk. =)"Do not lose hope in adversity and complain that God singled you out for punishment, remitting others guilty of worse sins. Your present state could very well be His intent to elevate your spiritual station. Or He could just be testing your faith. Everyday that you persevere, you grow closer to perfection. So, I don't think I could name my kid that. Maybe as a middle name and just call him by his first name all the time? I like the name Issac too, but in English not in Pashto. Ishaq doesn't sound appealing, but Issac does."Do not lose hope in adversity and complain that God singled you out for punishment, remitting others guilty of worse sins. I think my grandma's going to wonder why I keep calling my kid Issac and not Ishaq. Ohh I like the name Rayhan too.
I can't wait to meet Abbasin or Azmarai! I'll be their khala and I can spoil them to death. =)
Awww Azaan is such an adorable name! So you like names that start with the letter "A"?"Do not lose hope in adversity and complain that God singled you out for punishment, remitting others guilty of worse sins.
