        • Is the name Zufash originally Pukhtun? It means light spread over the world.

            I agree. I don't know a short Yama.

I'm not in love with that many girl names. Just a couple. I know its not an Afghan name, but I love love love the name Bilal for some reason. I was deprived of a middle name, so I'm definitely going to give my kids middle names. Lots of middle names, to the point that they'll hate me for giving them 5 middle names. jk. =)

Your present state could very well be His intent to elevate your spiritual station. Or He could just be testing your faith. Everyday that you persevere, you grow closer to perfection. Thus, your present despair may be the beginning of an infinite blessing". - Shaykh Abdul Qadir Jilani.

I have a younger cousin with that name as well. I call him Bilalio =)
So, I don't think I could name my kid that. Maybe as a middle name and just call him by his first name all the time? I like the name Issac too, but in English not in Pashto. Ishaq doesn't sound appealing, but Issac does.

Yeah Isaq doesnt sound appealing in Pashto/Dari.

I think Azaan is a cute name, but its not originally Pashto.

Haha no not that Bellagio. I wouldn't name my kid that. =)

I think my grandma's going to wonder why I keep calling my kid Issac and not Ishaq. Ohh I like the name Rayhan too.

I can't wait to meet Abbasin or Azmarai! I'll be their khala and I can spoil them to death. =)

Awww Azaan is such an adorable name! So you like names that start with the letter "A"?

I don't like Rayhana, but I like Rayhan. I like the name Henna, or Hannah though. Ohh Zahra (Zarah) as well. But I like the spelling of Zahra better.

Yes, I saw a lot of A's. Wow- I know guys with all those A names that you mentioned. =)
